Worst place!!! I’ve been in this store multiple times. I always order online and pick up my orders. Today was by far the worst! FORD CITY MALL in general needs to close down!! Mall closes at 8pm Monday-Friday, as well as Children’s Place. I walked towards the outside entrance of the mall at 7:40pm and the security had the nerve to lock the door right as I was about to open it. Before me, two black girls walked in like nothing, this black men looked at me, locked the doors and walked away! As I ran to the JCPenney entrance, Children’s Place was closed. I asked politely to the cashier if I can get my online order. Mind you, the store closes at 8pm!!!! I was in front of the store by 7:45pm! All I needed was to pick up an online order. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!

Very Helpful Employees ? Especially a manager that works there idk her name but she had braids helped me with everything I needed I’ve read all these other reviews and I must say I’m shocked sometimes it don’t be the workers it be the customers. When you give a hard time you will get a hard time. I’ve witnessed a lady stand in like 15 seconds and catch a attitude cause they are attending to other customers she said she had a pick up order well just because you have a pick up doesn’t mean you go first they attend to whoever in line. I’ve worked in retail so I know how it is, overall very good customer service.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had an ordered shipped to this store. Waited almost an hour and they cannot locate my order. The girl at the front counter was too busy on FaceTime talking and not paying attention to the customers: this is by far the worst childrens place I have ever shopped at.

People at the cashier very rude and very bad service it seem that they didn’t really wanted to help me since I’m Mexican and they were African American. But they did took their sweet time with helping another customer that was African American like them.

This location is one of many that has downgraded for their brand.. Children’s Place doesn’t even look like any of their stores are being visited by any upper management.. Ford city location is terrible the customer service lack of merchandise the lack of care for the brand had totally went downhill.. It’s so dark entering into the location no selective Styles no sizes no organization no plan of recovering this store it’s a hot mess and corporate should be a shame to even open the doors to this location.. None of their locations seem to care about the brands mission statement, customer service, business profit, cleanliness it’s all bad ill just keep shopping at other kids places that recognize and care about customers ..

Bad experience I order something for pick up at this store since july 5 and by today 08-11, nobody give any answer just to wait more I'm so mad at this situation, I still dont received anything, I went to this to talk to the manager and she was so rude and not helpful, going for this bad service they better should close.

This location has really downgraded! The customer service deserves ZERO stars! I was not greeted , nor acknowledged by any of the THREE associates during my visit. The store was not organized, with the exception of the merchandise that was being put up. The store was not fully lit, to which I wondered if it was closing when I walked in. I had not shopped at this location for at least 2 years, service was not that bad back then. Overall, a bad experience at this location.
