The Beer Temple is a brew shop and tap room with a large selection of both beers and liquors, including many hard-to-find offerings in the Chicago area. It features a great and beautifully unique variety of rotating beers on tap, with lots of local stuff plus some well-known favorites. Knowledgeable people provide service, though there can be inconsistencies depending on the bartender. The atmosphere is enjoyed by many, making it a town favorite for both first-time and returning customers to try upcoming brews. It is noted that the location is no longer dog friendly indoors. The Beer Temple can fill even the emptiest of hearts, offering unique beers like the gluten-free Ghostfish, which is super delicious and super hard to find.
