it's okay. I like to support alt stores, they have a nice selection and I like they they actually carry my shoe size but the pricing is a lil wack even with sales. It's honestly cheaper to look at the item in store then find it online on the actual website.

Had wanted to visit this place after seeing their Tik Tok. We live in Indy and made a trip to Chicago and planned a stop to visit the store. SOME of the staff was great. The person that checked us out NOT so much. I asked for some skull earrings from the cabinet and was excited to purchase them along with the rest of the items. I spent $294.93. It wasn't until I was back in Indy that I realized I never got the earrings and that I was also charged full price ($19.95) for a shirt that was supposed to be part of the 4 or $20 promotion. The store was NOT busy when this happened so it was just carelessnesson part of the sales person. I even pointed out that the shirt in question was part of the promotionand the other salesperson told our salesperson how to add the discount for it. So needless to say I am really really REALLY disappointed. Being that I don't live in Chicago, I couldn't go back and I don't know when I'll be back so I'm shit out of luck on this one!

If I could, I would of put 0 stars I went for the deal that they made in their video that said that all the demonia are $10 Because of the sale that was going on So I woke up today at 4 in the morning just for the sale because I thought that there was gonna be a long line and I got there around 11 in the morning And when I got there, I only saw two people waiting until the store opened so I waited with them until it was 12 And everybody Went to see the demonia Because they told us that all of them were $10 and when we looked, there was only five That were $10 and they didn’t even have the right size for anybody and the other demonia we about 100 and something and they only had a 20% off discount on them so I felt like that was an false advertisement that they made in their Instagram post And another thing, everything there was so Cheap When I went to touch it, it felt like I could’ve ripped it Easily I recommend not buying anything at the alley

Severely disappointed. Was told this was a punk shop. 50 dollars for a hoodie, 40 bucks for a choker, 20 bucks for ONE bracelet. And i thought hot topic was overpriced.
Edit: i dont use temu or shein, i wouldnt touch those sites with a ten foot pole. I DIY. So i know the actual prices and costs of making these things lmfao. 40 bucks for a choker with FOUR spikes is wildly overpriced and you know it. Good deflection tho

It's so hot in there and there are a bunch of mosquitoes in there. I wanted to try on some of the leather jackets but the heat was too much. I also think I was bitten by a mosquito on my arm. I'm not happy.

Somebody needs to do something about the mosquitos inside... I got like 3 bites in the half hour I was there. It's also awfully toasty, I feel bad for the employees.

Drove 3 hrs, their selection was a lot smaller at this new location and everything’s very pricey. I waited years to come to Chicago and go here and was very disappointed, they didn’t have a lot of bigger sizes either. Also wasn’t greeted or approached by workers at all.

The Alley Chicago is an amazing and inclusive business that manufacturers and sells high-quality counter culture products. It has a great selection of creative t-shirts. The inclusion of people from all backgrounds and orientations is a big part of The Alley. I highly recommend visiting The Alley and supporting this family-owned business. The owner always supports neighborhood causes and gives back to the greater Chicago community.

Very cool place to visit. Lots of alternative and goth clothing and jewelry. I got a vegan leather jacket on sale for $99. Staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
