Everyone at Teloloapan from the receptionist to the technicians are very professional and take the time to explain and provide a breakdown of the work they will be doing. I also like having peace of mind that my Catalytic Converter and Oxygen Sensor are under warranty for a year. I was speaking with a lady the day I dropped my car off, who was bringing her car in for service. She was saying how she had used them in the past and has always had consistently good service. I highly recommend Teloloapan as they are honest, competent and fairly priced (although I hope not to need them anymore any anytime soon ?).

They do a very professional job. Things are done in a timely manner, staff is courteous. Francisco the owner made sure first hand I was taken care of and was very reasonable with pricing. They did great work with my muffler and catalytic converter.

The guy out here is really too good and honest as well
Went in for my muffler noise nd ended up finding those were stolen
He charged me an overall of 350 usd (inclusive of labor)

Went here having some problems with my battery and my car not starting. Extremely helpful and quick! Definitely coming back if I have anymore car troubles. Good prices as well.

This place & these people are superb. Thorough, detail oriented, thoroughly cost conscious, & honest in every conceivable way. I am a research professor at UIC & have recommended Francisco to many colleagues & co workers. Never a bad review- never- not once ever!!!!
I trust Francisco & his people implicitly- completely. A dis satisfied customer would be taken very personally & since i've been a customer- since August of 2016, i've seen NO dis satisfied customers ever.
There really are some good guys left.

I've been here a few times and they are so quick. I love that they accept walk ins and have been able to work so quickly. They even noticed some extremely dangerous issues on my vehicle and stayed a late on a Saturday to complete it. This is an incredible spot and I would recommend them HIGHLY!! I'll be coming back here for everything

This shop is a neighborhood gem! The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. They will not over charge you for unnecessary service repairs. They are friendly, quick, and efficient!!
