This bank blows. Sooooooo slow in drive thru. Was the only customer there and took 10 minutes to cash 1 check. This happens every single time. Need to find a new bank

Horrible customer service. Waited for at least 15 mins for a teller to appear. Not sure what's going on inside but I was the first person in the drive thru yet they took care of the next customer right beside me.

KAMIL SROKA is the brand supervisor here at this location and has RACIALLY profiled my girlfriend for trying to take out her OWN money for her business because she is black! They immediately questioned her identify and business credentials and called FRAUD secretly to put a hold on her account then acted as if they didn't know WHY there was a hold on her account. Kamil is RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING, UNPROFESSIONAL SUPERVISOR who is trying to be a "gatekeeper" for money that belongs to the customer - He treated my gf like a thief NOT like a bank customer/BUSINESSES OWNER. Now she has to wait to have her information verified after 1-2 business day. COUNTER PRODUCTIVE A*S BANK : Store hours never match real operating hours. Can't print you out a card at a branch. Customer service phone line never are helpful - Incompetent ! VERY DISGUSTED, calling corporate to report this supervisor and BBB to file an official complaint. I'll be closing my account after this. This bank is and will always be TRASH.

Based upon my horrible experiences with TCF Bank, I personally believe it to be the worst bank on planet Earth. My opinion, stay away, unless, of course, you enjoy having headaches.

I would have gave it 5 Stars, I have been with the same bank in Jefferson park since, 2000, I never had any problems til this month. #1 they alerted me of fraudulent activity by Lou Malnati's pizza in Park Ridge. I pulled up my records and they said you can ONLY go two months back. I looked, they stopped a lot of charges but almost$200 went though. It was almost $500 in 7 months. Then I get a letter it wasn't fraud. I said call the place, talk to the manger, Manny! I told them I went there once in May. Then twice last month. The manger looked up my card for the whole year Only the two times were posted on his slips. Then just yesterday, I put 8k in Friday, knowing I wanted a close to a million dollar zultanite ring, designed by Kat Florence w/ flawless diamonds. IT WAS ONLY 6k They ONLY would let 3k go through. I am a collector of exotic and UNTREATED and rare gemstones.
Insurance companies are not insuring sellers that dump thier products at one of the BIGGEST trade shows in Hong Kong. So they are dumping here. I couldn't buy MY HOLY GRAIL. I BOUGHT a 500k ring for a lil over 1k & they stopped my card. I couldn't get $20 bucks out of the atm. I am BEYOND mad. Sunday is his last day selling. My MasterCard also had fraudulent activity, they called me and I am waiting for a new one. So I have no cash, no credit cards and NO RING AND NO FOOD!

This bank allows their employees to wear their masks under their nose. Maybe they also putup chain link fence to keep mosquitoes out? Dont leave your money with this bank. They dont give a s*** about you.

I like talking to your lovely beautiful employees. I can't remember who was that young beautiful woman. One day I would love to ask her out for a dinner date. The rest of the bank tellers are doing fantastic job.

Great Bank Tellers, friendly, supportive, and professional. They have a outside walk up teller for customers who dont drive. Keep up the good work. God bless and protect you. Staysafe.

During these crucial times where everything is all thrown off. You guys should really have information on what locations are open and the times. How about a phone number for each location instead of a general number. I just wanted to know if a certain location by my house was open now so my mother can make a deposit for the payment on our house. No help at all. I'll have her switch banks asap. This is ridiculous.
