Customer Service absolutely SUCKS. I requested help finding an item that showed many in stock on the app. I asked someone. They called for someone to help find the item. He stood with me saying he’s new and called on the walkie for some help. He called 5 times!!! After several minutes someone finally responds and says they’ll be there in 5 min… 5 more min go by someone says they’ll be there in a bit…. Like we have all day to stand there. 20 min later, I left. Keep it, I’ll buy from elsewhere. Keep twiddling your fingers and scrolling.

Idk why but this Target never has stuff that other Targets have. It's not like they're out of stock, they just don't carry it. So I guess just go for simple, easy stuff, or use the app to find out if they have something there first.

I was surprised with this target, it’s a big and very supply store.
It’s a good option near the area.
Given them 4 star only because they are close early.

Usually use drive up. It's been quick and easy each time. Glad target makes it convenient to shop.

Horrible customer service from some cashiers. Disrespectful, rude, lack of professionalism and customer service responsibility. This store just hires anyone that applies their personal lifestyle to work. If you don't like dealing with people do not work in anything related to customer service. It's not for the weak. Please do better Target Bedford Park.

THAT THREE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ IS FOR THE TARGET ASSOCIATE WHO HELPED ME FIND MY FLOOR HEATER AND EXTENSION CORD.1. THE WEBSITE STATED A CERTAIN BOOK WAS AVAILABLE IN THEIR STORE AND LOCATION IT WASNT NOT EVEN CLOSE.2. STORE HAD SOME HOLES NEEDED FILING AND THE STORE WAS KIND OF MESSY.3. AS I WAS LOOKING FOR THE HEATER AND TRYING TO COMPARE DIFFERENT MODELS. HERE COMES SOME TRAP LOOKING BLACK DUDE AKA AN ASSOCIATE WHO PLOPPED HIS CART RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE. HE DIDNT SAY EXCUSE ME OR ASK ME FOR ANY ASSISTANCE. HE JUST CAME RIGHT ON IN TOTALLY IGNORE ME BEING THERE AN ACTING LIKE HE WAS ON SNEAKY PEAK WATERS.THE CASHIER WAS DECENT BUT THIS IS A VERY BUSY STORE SO NOT HAVING MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE IS NOT GOOD. PLUS HAVING YOUR ASSOCIATES ACT LIKE THEY ARE ON SNEAKY PEAK WATERS IS A HUGE NO NO IN MY BOOK. EXCUSE ME AND PLEASE WOULD HAVE WORKED BUT NOT WITH THIS ASSOCIATE.
