My favorite sales associate is Lenora, she is always very hospitable and ensures that you have a seamless and memorable shopping experience, very hardworking too.

Hi there?Wilson Yard store! I have lived in Uptown since 2013 & I am what I call a "frequent flyer"?living nearby as many team members know.?This store has the absolute best?staff/team members, PARTICULARLY ON 2nd pm SHIFT IN UPTOWN! I RARELY need to ask for help but when I've had to, I really & truly have gotten the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from Wilson Yard primarily 2nd shift?staff than I can say at ANY LOCAL UPTOWN AREA NEARBY STORES! Not only is this store also ALWAYS clean but, despite the negative reviews stating that the shelves are out, yes I've seen it all over...hello ppl who complained, can you tell me any store or Amazon that since the COVID-19 pandemic that also do not have a shortage of stock? Read the news ppl, shortage of semi truck drivers, employees & supplies from suppliers including climate change from every other country throughout the world eg: drought & rain affecting farmers, coffee?now OJ?⬆️ETC. so go figure! YES it also hugely affects my life & shopping choices. So HELLO ppl, NO ONE IN REVIEWS POSTED THIS BUT, GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE & ASK FOR A "COMMENT CARD" which I have done quite a few compliments directly handing them to the team staff members who are "great" employees having helped me who work there. Only cuz I've asked them what they do with the cards I was told that "they put it up in their back workers area". I absolutely do not work for?TARGET nor do I have any personal association with anyone there & no reason to put this on a Google review but repeating, I've been going to this Wilson Yard? for many years with nothing but very good past & present positive experiences! If you take the time to look around, guess what I've found unbelievable deals in clearance areas & pay attention in the aisles as I myself somewhat knowing markdown ticket colors etc., just even quickly?walking past aisles I've found many times several items at 50% & 70% off also! ?I deleted a recent 70% off brand new item that I found, cuz if I posted it the scavengers would search & there wouldn't be any great deals left for myself doing the footwork going there!?Despite being a bit?higher on some shelf items but I know that I also am getting a better quality item from?TARGET than from their competition & if not Target stands behind their merchandise, besides price matching! Hey, I should be getting paid for this positive post?ha ha! but no I am not, I believe that good stores/shopping locations & the employees deserve the positive recognition that they have earned!!! I am very upfront & straight forward no BS? if I had any negative problems whether it be ?or any business I would directly contact corporate to complain & it's not my style to do negative reviews on line, so go figure, repeating good biz deserve good public recognition! R?

Always seem to have a pleasurable experience at this particular Target, whether it’s stopping at the Starbucks, filling a prescription, grabbing some groceries, or finding a present. Aside from just getting “stuff”, it’s the Target staff that impresses me the most! They’re always helpful and friendly because…in my mind, PEOPLE matter, not just the customer, but the employees too.

Bought an item for in store pickup. Went to the service desk to pick up the item and the woman told me there is a two hour wait for the item to be processed. Waited for an hour in my car and then received a notification that the item was out of stock. Walked back into the store and to the video game section and saw two copies of the item on the shelf. Lazy employees.

Ordering online for pickup works well. Trying to find items in the store on the other hand is tricky and I've found items priced *much* higher in person versus the website.

I think it is disgusting and funny to actually catch a Target loss prevention employee in 4K clocking and stalking black customers causally shopping. Is this not RACIAL PROFILING?! Only saw them looking at blk ppl for about 5 mins. They didn't even realize I was watching them. Smdh, disgusting. DO BETTER TARGET! This could be an additional law suit especially with the AI facial data and fingerprints they've been collecting on IL customers illegally...

They’re very racist this is the second encounter I’ve had with them ,first situation I was at Starbucks and I asked for a side of base for my drink which I always get at Starbucks but I was told that I can only get what was inside my cup then I watched them give a guy a side of milk but “I” can only get what’s inside my cup, so today I was in there purchasing items and I asked them to remove the sensor after I scanned both items they usually remove the sensor from the items after you scanned the items but since I’m black I had to pay first and the guy stood next to me the entire time waiting for me to pay but I literally just watch the guy remove the sensor without the lady paying first I didn’t mind paying at all I just felt that was so wrong and I talked to the manager David he was so SASSY and lied and said he watched the previous customer but he’s lying he was too busy watching me because I’m black and I told him about the previous situation he didn’t ask a name,time or date all he said is that I’ll talk to them and I’ve learned my lesson I will not be entering this store anymore

The most common sentence you are likely to find looking for products on the app is "No longer sold at Chicago Wilson Yard." I'll give an extra star the next time I actually come here and find what I'm looking for. I'm not holding my breath.

An employee were staring at my boyfriend when we were at the self check out but other than that, the staff has been kind. The signs are a bit confusing since it's a two story target. It's kind of more difficult to find what you're looking for than in a one story target. I love target tho so I gotta give it at least three stars
