The worst!! When it came to purchasing razors. When the clerk came over to unlock the product I was expecting him to give as I was purchasing them, well he decided to keep and said he would unlock when I came to check out... UBSURDE!! I wonder if I were white and blond he would have done that.. so I left spent 80 at Milwaukee and Fullerton location and received 5$ gift card it's the fist time.. offcourse he didn't know this... very poor ignorance customer service

Honestly, terrible staff. Store feels unwelcoming, staff harassed my friend and I for browsing the makeup and proceeded to accuse us of theft and then told us we couldn't record them because it was "aggressive". They were shouting at us, following us, and overall made the environment uncomfortable to be in.

Two times now I have purchased a product, opened the box and there is nothing inside. I’m very upset and this has cost me way too much money. This time it was a Burt’s bees chapstick, before it was a lip liner. I told a worker and they said they couldn’t help me or do anything about it. Very disappointed that they don’t offer me any replacement or refund.
