i never and I mean EVER WRITE REVIEWS LIKE EVER. but this place SUCKS SO SO MUCH. The workers at this place were the sweetest people ever!! so hardworking and helpful, especially the afternoon shift! everything else about this place is ridiculous but we shouldn’t blame those who work hard at this location. The 1 star is for everything else and I wish I could give 5 stars for the employees because they were the best!! Everything else tho… HELL NO!!! be carful when you come near this place… run for the hills if you can

Will NOT repeat WILL NOT do another target load. Had 8pm appointment to drop full trailer, checked in at 2 pm. Was told their system could not take us early! Unacceptable. We haul your products and not able to drop trailer any earlier than app. Of course it's our load home

This place sucks been here since 9:30am for a 10am delivery it’s 430pm still haven’t unloaded or finished my trailer and I only had 13 pallets

Before take the load going to Target I was confused because very bad reviews about target on Pulaski. Appointment 12:30 pm. Arrived on time dropped trailer in the Target yard and leave. Less then 2 hours they called me and said trailer is empty. Checked my trailer NO Damages, Load bar's inside the trailer. Will Post 5 Stars for this service. Thanks

DO NOT GO THERE. You have to drop the trailer in the muddy and bumpy drop yard on 4300 W. 35th Pl and spotter will take it to unload it and bring it back. You have to go and find place to park on the street or truck stop and to wait around 8 hours. AVOID THAT PLACE.

I worked here for almost 2 years and was fired with only two write ups on my record (they say you’re supposed to have 3 before you’re fired). The managers (OMs) do a terrible job at explaining the rules and an even worse job at enforcing them, as they pick and choose who they want to enforce rules on. When I tried to explain my situation about the write ups while being fired, both OMs, Daijon and Marina, told me to call the HROC number (which hasn’t answered me in 3 days) and told me that I had to leave immediately as if I was some sort of threat. It’s great pay but this place will drive you crazy the way it’s managed.

My husband worked here and in the few years he has and what he's expressed to me this location has AWFUL management, they are completely uneducated on how to go about problem solving, reporting issues within employees as well as areas in the warehouse. 99% of higher ups located here are new to their jobs or the company and have no guidance about how to change anything or take any corrective action. This place is garbage 10/10 DO NOT reccomend.I work retail in a store setting as an example of background knowledge with how a store/warehouses work, id run like the plague if i was offered a position here.

I would recommend working here just keep to yourself and stay away from work relationships ✨✨Pay and Benefits are great (I was an lead and you get paid 26.50 starting and .50 increase every 6 months)OM’s are always looking for ways to help you grow within the company ( you have to want growth tho)HR needs a different system other than word of mouth because I have witnessed TM’s being fired due to other TM’s lying on them about harassment (lots of petty stuff amongst TM’s) STAY TO YOURSELF✨Do not build relationships here neither because they can get you terminated if you deal with the wrong individual…..I was abused and HR was called about the abuse but they chose to get rid of me and keep the other TM there…..JUST BE CAREFULStay away from HR I recommend speaking to OM’s if you have a problemThe job is a good job plenty of growth and good pay and the workload is not heavy even at peak times and I loved the OM’sIf you work here focus on yourself get your money grow and do not get caught up in social situations ‼️

HR never answers calls and fails to help you with anything. You also have to deal with lazy employees who just want to hang out. Manager turnover is terrible as well.

Horrible setup. Extremely long wait. Mud pit where you must drop your loaded trailer then park on the ghetto streets of Chicago and wait. This craphole would be much better if it was just simple drop and hook. Be prepared to spend the night on the streets. I Definitely won't take any Target load going to Chicago ever again. Update: Total 17hrs for trailer that wasn't even half full. Shameful place.
