Good tasty Thai food and not expensive. They have some seats inside for eating food there. Plus, we can grab some Thai snacks home later. Great supermarket!

The hot bar at the back of the supermarket is worth making the trek for! Some stand outs include the Sweet Pork Belly, Thai Iced Tea, Panang and Green Curry! The prices are really affordable. If you’re looking for great Thai food with cheap prices this is your spot!

Good Thai / Asian market in the city with most Asian kitchen staples for Southeast and East Asian cooking. Less ideal for South Asian cooking staples.✅ Great beverage selection.✅ Reasonable prices.✅ Parking lot

This store is just heaven! They have everything needed for Thai/Malaysian cooking. The owner is a sweet gentleman, he realised I am pregnant and helped with the basket and even gave me a snack (I offered to pay but he refused) it really made my day and I am so Grateful I found this gem of a store!

I’ve been coming here every week to grab a unique and consistently super tasty lunch from the hot bar since I moved to Edgewater earlier this year.I’m not Thai and I’m not always familiar with the rotating selections, but I’ve never had a bad thing here. I always just point/gesture to something that looks good, and it always hits. The hot bar is open in the evenings as well, but they’ll sometimes have run out of a few things by then. The staff is always super friendly and the price/value is phenomenal. Their pre-prepared food at the front of the store is also very good as well! This place is an absolute gem.

Lovely little buffet. The lady behind the counter was quite helpful. Penang curry was delightful. The Thai iced coffee hit the spot. Excellent value for money. A fun different local lunch experience. Highly recommend.

On top of receiving an 8% Upside cash back offer on grocery purchases, I visited Talard Thai Asian Market as part of Upside 'Make March a win' which required 3 grocery transactions to get a $15 bonus added to my account balance. Talard Thai Asian Market was one of the grocery stores part of the process and nearest to me at the time. The parking in front of the storefront is very tight, but do not be alarmed because there is shared parking space behind the store. I loved that Google Maps directed me towards the shared space in the back rather than directly in front because I likely would have not known about it. The atmosphere was very relaxed at this market being that there were very few customers inside. It was a huge break shopping here in comparison to somewhere like a Jewel-Osco which is literally next door. I must share that along with the items shelved being organized, the market was very clean, and the aisles had well enough maneuvering space in-between. I was surprised to encounter a hot bar in the back of the market which I nearly fell for while browsing through the freezer section filled with drinks. I took a liking to the variety of the international noodle brands like Myojo, Indomie, and Nongshim. And if ever in the area again, I will likely stop in so that I can stock up on noodles or either some of the snacks that had my interest which were a bag of COKY Crispy Butter Toast, and Original Corn Chips. The clerk was very patient with me as I browsed through each aisle getting a feel of what the market had to offer. Our interaction as I shopped and while at the register was nothing short of professional.I enjoyed shopping at Talard Thai Asian Market. Encountering the many international products shelved took me back to living outside of the United States of America while serving in the military. Being that I have now visited, I would gladly visit again when in the area. ~Blessings~ Thomas G

Hugh scamI used to go to this place almost every weekend because I want to support Thai businesses even though they are more expensive compared with the Vietnamese in the same area. But, I ran into a few incidents for the last 6 months. I gave up on this place.1. They gave away the $2 coupon every $40 spending, but when I tried to redeem 2 of them, they said I can not because the coupon said I can only use $2 every $40 spending. **contacted the official page on FB, the staff read but no respond.2. I bought peeled garlic from them, and when I got home I notice that they are moldy. Since they don't have a lot of products to sell, they should pay more attention to what is bad on their shelves. **inform them, but no response.3. Back in July, I went there for the food court in the back. They overcharged me, I would not noticed that if I didn't ask for receipt. I told the staff and they said this is the normal price but the board shown different price, no one right there tried to fix or apologize. **they fixed the board and told me to go back for the change which does not worth my time.
