Outstanding service. I regret that I didn't get the name of the gentleman behind the counter, but there was a security issue on the street outside, and the gentleman behind the counter made sure that I was safe inside the store. Also, excellent selection of products - clean and well-organized shop.

Honestly I don’t understand how they have such a high rating? I’ve been there 3 times and every time, the guy working (diff guy every time) was super rude. I remember one of them basically refused to talk to me, acknowledge me, or even look at me/in my direction. He’d only talk to the guy that was with me. Will not come back here.

My reliable neighborhood corner store for the last 25 years. Friendly staff. Excellent selection of craft beer, wine, and liquor, Clean and well stocked with other convenience items.

I've had enough of this place. I've been picking up packages that I have sent there and the last time I did the man behind the counter sat there pretty much hidden behind the computer saying nothing. I stood there waiting for someone thinking they ran to the back for a minute but nope the man just sat there in silence just looking at me not speaking which was unsettling. He's also called "sweetie" multiple times every time I've gone in which I don't appreciate (and believe me no other woman does either). I just want to pick up my package in peace but nope not at this place. Never again. Stop being a creep it's 2021 for crying out loud.

I’ve been here about 4-5 times for UPS access point drop off and pick up. 3 times and 3 different people working here have been extremely rude. Like uncannily rude. I’ve tried to chalk it up to one of the people being caught on a bad day. But when it was 3 different people several times? Nah. The first time I went to pick something up, Sam asked for my address, but I tried to explain that it was delivered directly to the store and wouldn’t have my address on it, ready to give my name and email confirmation, he cut me off and barked “address” again. This all happened with another man a different day. Finally, today I went to drop off a UPS return and waited for the woman working to scan it. Her attitude was relative to a teenager. She said, “I’m scanning it right now” and just stared at me. I said okay and waited. It was an expensive item and I wanted to ensure it was scanned so that the company couldn’t blame me for not sending it. I feel that these are all basic and easy steps to being a UPS access point. I will be reporting this to UPS as well. If you don’t want to do this basic stuff then don’t be a UPS access point??

Freddie the owner was super helpful! I called looking for a specific Pipeworks beer and he informed me they had plenty available and to swing by anytime to pickup. I swung by, he helped me carry all the remaining cans to the front and even threw in a little extra bonus along with my purchase!
