Definitely recommend this place. I needed a screen protector and I tried to file a claim for the warranty over the phone but I was given such a hard time. The people over the phone weren’t trying to help me and they told me to go in store. Upon arriving to this store I was greeted by everyone and immediately someone was able to help me. The person I got was Sheila and if it wasn’t for her I would not have protection on my newly replaced device. Sheila found out that the representatives on the phone who I had been going back and forth with took my insurance off my account and Sheila was able to help me put my insurance back on my line and even better she got me a screen protector in store and even upgraded me to a better one. I didn’t have to wait long or even wait for one to come in the mail. I’m super happy that Sheila got to take care of all my needs and fix my situation literally in less than 15 minutes. You go girl!!! She’s awesome and I love my new screen protector. Out of all the T-Mobile stores I’ve ever been to, this one has the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have been with T-Mobile for 18 years. Kudos to you guys! Thanks again for helping me!! #definitelysatisfied

Sandra helped us out and was by far the best sprint/t-moble customer service rep I have ever had. Helped my wife and I pick out new phones and had them all set up and ready to go in an hour.

Sandra is amazing!! I came in to transfer info from Samsung 8 to a new Samsung 23. She took a lot of time to ensure it was done properly, which given the age of my phone was not easy, to help me find the best case/screen guard etc. (without breaking the bank). And, when I came back in for add'l help related to my phone just a few days later, she gave me great advice and took time to explain things to me even though it was time for her to head home. Thank you!!

Went into T-Mobile today and had a wonderful experience with Kelly ! She’s an amazing associate and helped me upgrade my phone within an hour , answered a lot of my questions/concerns and was very caring and charismatic the entire time !

I was just in store and Kelly the sales associate was rude and not helpful. She rolled her eyes 4 times in a matter of speaking to me rudely . She said she cannot access my account , I've been in your stores umpteen times and never was so disappointed!! Went to another and they handled it in 4 mins

This is the worst T-mobile to go to. The manager Erica is super rude and they do not do what they say. They promised a new case with the purchase of a new phone and then when it came time, said that's not what they said

I went to this T-Mobile store today to upgrade my phone (a very simple routine task) and the staff refused to help me. They did not help me find a solution and by the end of the interaction they had become extremely rude to me. From the start they seemed more interested in sitting around then helping me, and I ended up just having the customer service help line help me do my upgrade while I sat outside the store all because the physical store staff were too lazy or incompetent to help me. This place is as useless as it gets. Do NOT waste your time trying to get any sort of help here.

These people were incredibly rude and refused to help me several times. I am listed as an authorized user on the account (and when I called the customer service line they confirmed I was), yet the people who “helped” me said I wasn’t and refused to help me upgrade my phone. I was able to resolve this easily with customer service, despite the best efforts of these rude, immature, absolutely moronic buffoons who work at this ****stain that’s supposed to help customers.I would give zero stars if I could. If this location’s employees were replaced with brand new employees with zero experience, it would be doing Chicago’s T-Mobile customers a great service. I’ll be switching my service to Verizon as soon as possible.

Yesi is the best by far. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Took great care of me and my needs. I will only come into this branch for any and everything pertaining to T-Mobile services.

We received unacceptable service from a young man at this location around 12:30 PM on July 17.We were sent to the store by customer service to get an account PIN. The store clerk did not scan my ID and call support over the secure store line to get the pin; instead, he had me call t mobile support from my personal phone; I was on hold long enough that we needed to leave the store.The clerk also told me that my account would be going to collections, despite the fact it’s only a month old, on autopay, and in good standing.Finally, I inquired about cellular service and asked whether they had any plans that compare to another plan from another provider. The clerk laughed at me and told me that I couldn’t afford it, and that plans with t mobile start and 95 per month.I later confirmed with another rep over the phone that the information the store clerk provided was untrue, and that I should visit a different store to get the pin. So, my advice is not to shop here.

My husband Greg & I had the best experience at this T-Mobile location! Yesi is exceptional & T-Mobile is lucky to have her. Yesi is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient & explains everything in a way that is easily understood. She is also very personable. Highly recommend this T-Mobile store. We will be back to make another purchase from Yesi.
