Driver recklessly cut me off in traffic at 11:28a yesterday, it would have been an accident if I didn’t swerve on the side of her. She then blew her horn twice back at me after I blew at her careless driving.Bus #7019 Sunrise incident happened on 103rd a few block east of Vincennes.I hope parent know what types of drivers are transporting their kids.

This place is the absolute worst. The drivers I've encountered are rude and demanding. They act as if they don't know how to talk to adults and children. They will cancel your bus with little to no notice. I will never use them again. If I could give a 0 star I would.

I’m just completely over it, you have drivers who cater to certain parents, then complain about distance in where other students live, then please don’t let it be a sub driver omg the worse, this has literally been the worse experience ever for myself and my kids!!!

They are inconsiderate of parents time. They require the parent to be outside early but the buses come late. It’s been several times that my child was late for school because of the bus.

I seen this on 55th and I was shocked to see it cuz and then I went over there the little girl was in there so nice in the food was good I finally got me a taco pizza I was shocked it was BIG my mama loved that we all said it was like really big for like a normal size person regular fast but it look like a pizza it was so fresh I finally got me some nacho cheese fries yes them amazing just from stalker with the nacho cheese fries so and I finally got my pizza taco pizza so yes that's what I'll be getting for now and the customer service friendly and it was quick and it was smooth and I went through the draft

They are very unprofessional and rude after I tried to make a complaint about the driver and her aid I guess they called CPS to make up lies and my son who has Autism and love school was dropped from service according to them but when I called CPS they said he wasn’t so basically they chose not to pick my son up and nobody notified me and when I called to find out why they didn’t even want to give an explanation

I’m a student from Ray Graham training center @ Forman and we go on activities run to special Olympics the buses are never on time their always late picking us up and we arrive at are flag football game and hour late 2 months ago worst bus company ever and bus drivers be driving too fast and very unprofessional

Worst Bus Service EVER!My daughter transferred to Lindblom and I was so excited to learn that bus service was available since we live several miles from the school. I must say, this is Absolutely NOT what I was expecting out of a transportation service provided by CPS! The bus has Literally been late every single day! And when I’ve called to get answers, the staff has been so nonchalant about the fact that the bus is late, it just makes an already frustrating experience worse. They should be reprimanded in some way for making these kids late to school. They have poor customer service, poor work etiquette.. this is a poor excuse for a bus company. It’s really sad that after suffering a pandemic and trying to get these kids back on track, they have to deal with something simple as not arriving to school on time, at no fault of their own. Sunrise should be out of business!

After booking a field trip with them, I received a response of "Yes" only to be told no 4 days later. I will now have to break the news to my students that their trip is cancelled. Completely unprofessional and unfair to my students.
