My go to shop for any suits. They provide the best service in terms of style support, attention to details and color choices.The shop is nice, and provides a good shopping experience. The shopping process is straight forward, they can customise the suit to fit your needs. Delivery is timely, and prices are on the higher end, but it’s worth it given the quality.I recommend getting your next suit from this shop!

Enrique was amazing for my first experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a great suit and has no idea what you like to book an appointment with Enrique. The kid has an eye for style and will make sure you leave the store looking dapper.

Dylan met all my expectations on this visit. This is my first custom suit, and I was made to feel welcome and at ease for my first purchase. Dylan was great at providing recommendations but also allowing me room to make final choices. Dylan also explained every consideration during the fitting process. I cannot wait to try on the end product.

I bought well over $5000 worth of clothing from this Chicago location including three full suits. My blue herringbone suit barely made it through a year until it started to completely fall apart in the pants. I asked that they be replaced but was argued with over their longevity. Nonetheless, I purchased a second pair of pants for around $200. Several months later the jacket fell apart. I asked that the jacket be replaced, to no avail. In fact, they informed me that the particular suit had been discontinued and that there was nothing that could be done. I asked that they split the cost of a new suit with me and that was rejected. Their customer service representative was rude and arrogant and did absolutely nothing to make sure I returned as a customer. I buy suits at least twice per year as I wear them frequently for work. There are plenty of cheaper alternatives with much better quality suits and with much better customer service. I’ll never buy another thing from this store again.Update: I've already tried contacting that email address and spoken to your representative (as mentioned above). You are clearly not committed to resolving the issue.

I had the utmost pleasure of having a consultation considering demanding subject of double-breasted tuxedo with Mr Constantine, who advised me perfectly, spent a lot of time to make proper measurements and was extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole experience. Moreover, a post-delivery help and expertise were offered. My expectations were far exceeded and I have just become a fan of Suitsupply!

So this is one of those places that tries so hard to put on a good image but at the end of the day JCP has better quality suits. You walk in and they ask you if you want a latte to distract you from the fact that you'll get a sub par quality good. I wore one of the suits once and the stitching on two of the belt loops had already come off. "Italian wool" my rear-end. Never going to recommend this place to anyone I know. I never write reviews but I hate being suckered. Guess I now know.Just so I'm clear the customer service while you're there is very good. Obviously they're cutting corners somewhere and it's evident it's in the quality of the good. Forgot what the lady's name who helped me was but she was great. Just stop saying you have high quality materials when it's clear you do not

My experience at SuitSupply was fantastic. Constantine was outstanding. His knowledge and attention to detail was out of this world. And to top it off, he was personable and friendly. This was my first time at the store and I knew I would leave satisfied, but my visit exceeded my expectations in a major way. Any time in Chicago, I'll be stopping in and making a purchase. TOP TIER experience!

As a 2024 bride, I have a lot of responsibilities on my plate. However, fashion is one aspect that I won't compromise on. Thankfully, my co-worker, who is also tying the knot, suggested a place that I absolutely loved. The best part? You don't need a reservation to visit! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with everything about the shop. The associate was extremely helpful and patient, even though the color I was looking for wasn't in season yet. He gave me his contact details and promised to inform me as soon as the color was available. What's more, the shop has a terrace where they offer coffee and tea, and they even have a tailor in-store! I am even considering changing the color scheme for the groomsmen so I can get their suits from this shop. I cannot speak highly enough of my associate, Matt. Not only did he share his personal experience of getting married in Chicago, but he was also extremely personable and made the entire experience memorable.

Danas is brilliant. He was friendly, extremely attentive to details, and very responsive to requests for alterations after I noticed the initial round of alterations had very slightly missed the mark. I really appreciate the continued support after the sale and the dedication to achieving the best fit possible.
