A friend said their racket repair is completed, could I pick up (I’ve done so a couple of times before). I reached the store, gave my friend’s name and the customer service person refused to give it to me, he wanted me to know the name and color of the racked. I said why, I don’t know what it is, I’ve come before gave the name, received the racket without incidence. Why can’t he “trust” the fact that I’’m here to pick up my friend’s racket, Is it the color of my skin? (Like I’m going to pay for a racket repair of a random person’s item) He was snotty, and rude, said he can’t locate the racket by the name. There were two shelves of about twenty more or less, lined in no particular order. I suggested that he alphabetize them when he has spare time. He did not like that, has serious attitude and did not cooperate until I phoned my friend. He shoved the credit card machine towards me and walked away, stringing a racket, ignoring me. I paid, it said approved. I said do I get a receipt, he smartly replied “do you want a receipt?” “All you had to do was call your friend.”
Ahhh, the truth comes out…He did not trust me. Strange I find that most mean, racist behavior comes from people who “want to be” white and are trying to score brownie points…..KARMA prevails

Always helpful and welcoming! Great stringing service (can bring your own strings) and prices (bought tennis shoes cheaper than online).

I had really bad experience restringing my tennis raquet, they didn't put right tension on crosses, it was loose when I pick it up, I asked them to see if it was done right they said perfect. Everytime when you go there they string differently.

There seems to be very few tennis-focused stores in the city, so we decided to give this one a try. The store was extremely organized and the two guys working were not only friendly, but extremely accommodating and gave both great feedback and suggestions. We are looking forward to getting our rackets back after they are restrung and guarantee we will be back in here for future purchases and general tennis needs.

I just started playing tennis, so I have very little to no knowledge on what’s what. I bought a tennis racket online based on what my instructor told me. I was recommended to go to Strings Attached to get it stringed. Turns out the racket I bought was not made for a beginner but for professionals -all I wanted was a good quality racket to start off with as a newbie. I’m so thankful they caught this.
Ryan was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He walked me through the rackets they had there for beginners, and I ended up purchasing one of the ones he recommended, and I’m very happy with it.
Overall, great first time experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the sport and need real customer service and guidance as you progress with time.
