Louis provided exceptional service! He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the selection process with expertise. He even went above and beyond by lending us racquets for a trial run when he learned we had our first lesson the next day. Such personalized attention and care truly set this store apart. Highly recommend!

Went to String It as a recommendation from the store I bought a racket from my son Patricio, I told them i needed it t before travel in Sunday. Arrived as soon as it opened, as I was told, talked to Louis on what my son needed and the urgency and he was fantastic, explained everything, suggested what to get. Got out with the newly strung racket and my son played two hours in the evening! Thank you Louis for all the help!

I have been going to String It Racquet Shop for a long time and truly love the place! It's the best place in Chicago for your tennis stringing and racquet needs. Louis is such a nice guy and so knowledgeable about different strings and gauges, string tension and racquet types, etc. Very kind and engaging, yet so professional and his turnaround time is awesome! Everytime I get my racquets restrung, I enjoy chatting with Louis on all things Tennis and Pickleball and come away learning something new :) Truly wonderful experience always! Rest assured I'll be going there for a very long time.

Simply the best tennis stringer in Chicago. Louis is fast, professional, and very personable. He has a great selection of rackets, balls, and strings. He delivers a consistent stringing job that feels the same each time I use it. Louis does an amazing job and I cannot recommend this business enough.

Louis is such a nice guy and will provide you with great customer service. I just moved into the city 3 months ago and he made me feel very welcomed going into the shop for the first time. I got two racquets restrung and I'm very happy with them. Will absolutely be coming back!
