STI is good if you want them to do small areas. Color/tile…(my extra star).
I wouldn’t trust them with anything unless you have the time to constantly check their costs.
They will try to order you $250/per closet doorknobs, $1700 faucets, and $3500 wicker(rattan) light fixtures.
But they will hide all of those costs.
They also don’t have the technology to send you anything more than a dumpy photo via email of the item you’re looking at.
There’s no website for your project where you could see everything together. Certainly no costs!! Those will be hidden always.
If you want to use STI, they can do some things for you. Just make sure you don’t trust them for cost or timeline. You need to do all your homework on costs and make sure your design is exact.
