Has been waiting on my claim to be completed for well over a month. Games are being played here and is wasting my time & the guy trying to fix my vehicle.
You guys raised my monthly payment $70!!! They do not care about your emergencies. My father was dying and they don't care and raised my rates due to an agent lying about when I could pay!! So I suffered everything for what? Ya'll should your motto because I never was in any good hands!!! EVER!
And all of this is on my dead mother, this is what's happening as I speak!! You lucky I could not put zero stars!!!

We had been with Allstate since 60th and we are very much satisfied with our insurance company and personally with Steve Fejes !

Allstate and Agent Steve Fejes have always been good to deal with and always very helpful whenever these is an issue. Steve Fejes and his staff are always available when we have questions or need simple solutions as in obtaining extra insurance cards. A rating of five stars is insufficient.

Anytime I have a question or need to review some part of my policy one phone call is all it takes to get me what I need from Steve Fejes or one of the associates in the office.

If I could give Tunnell Insurance 10 stars, I would. I've had my share of Insurance companies, and they have been the absolute best. More specifically, JB and Lucy A., an extremely long story short, I have been fighting to get my claim approved for almost three months. I finally called the agent's office, and JB and Lucy took control of the situation and came through. I don't know what magic they both have to offer, but I am here for it. They are worth every penny I am paying... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
