This Company is horrible they had my Car towed when it was part in my own parking spot! I tried to go to the management office to complain why would they tow my car without notifying me. They should never have towed my car when it was in my own spot. They were rude and would not refund me for having my own car towed from my own parking spot.

If you have a disability and need a service dog or ESA animal, they will not allow it even if you have a note from your doctor stating that your physical and mental health will be severely affected without it. Very bad case of housing discrimination towards people with mental disabilities.

I was told my unit was part of a water infiltration project in October 2020. I have asked for an update as to the status several times. I am still waiting for a reply. Other issues seem to get resolved much quicker.I am not sure if the differential treatment is due to my Asian or Jewish heritage.

Stellar Property manager Mate Burcul is A THIEF . I live in Granville court condo. He bill me up with a violation from a friend that he refused to explain within I did not relate and know about it .He just add up into my monthly assessment , heReally want to steal my money . He said he will call the police if I want to ask an explanation.I wonder Stella property should fire him .I pay for assessment and parking on time . He will call the towing company 3 times to tow the car even in my own parking spot and I pay for the spot without any notice. I’ve talked to the manager in Granville court condo office he said towing car must be on call by the owner mean I will call if someone park in my spot not the manager call .I wonder does Mate make money from towing tenant car in the parking lot ?

Stellar property manager Mate Burcul is A THIEF ,disgusting and so rude . I live in Granville court condo, he suddenly ordered me a lawyer bill for 300$ fine and 331$ fee regarding about one of my friend made violations. I went to the office to ask about what kind of violations and which friend did . Mate said nothing can go back and he throw me out at the first minute. He asked if I had a Apoinment, I've called so many times to try reach him and leave messages but he never responded to me back so I have to go to the office to talk to him in person. He is really like a thief just add up money to my assessment without knowing and said it's friend violation but who is the friend and the name and what kind of violation I need to know he refused to explain and he said he will call the police if I were still asking for an explanation. I wonder does Stellar property management are all thief just try to add money to tenant assessment without notice and no explanation. DO NOT MOVE IN GRANVILLE COURT CONDO 4 building manager by Stellar property. They will steal your money by calling to tow your car even in your own parking spot you pay for it without notice and make violence by themselves and bill up your assessment. Totally is a thief
