I picked this dry cleaners due to their great reviews, unfortunately I had awful experience with the company. I needed my white winter jacket dry cleaned and a new zipper. The staff gave me a receipt with a date and time to pick up my jacket. When I arrived to pick up my jacket, they did not have it in the store. The staff told me they did not know when it would be ready and that it is a different location being fixed. I explained that I was frustrated because it’s my only winter jacket and I had paid money to take an uber to come pick the jacket up. I asked for a reimbursement, the man began yelling at me saying “no reimbursement, I don’t promise anything”. I asked when would it be ready to pick up? He would not give me an answer. I continued to explain my frustration and he finally called somebody and said the jacket will be ready tomorrow at 3pm. I asked himto put it in writing he refused. I explained again it’s a white jacket (he then became confused and said he thought it was blue). At this point I was very upset and said what is the policy for lost items, he would not tell me. The man has horrible customer service. He screamed at me the entire time, took no ownership of his company, would not tell me about any of the policies going forward. I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this company. The staff could also use a class on customer service and politeness.

I brought in a shirt to get cleaned with some stains, and granted most cleaners won't guarantee to take out a stain and will charge you the regular price for cleaning a shirt, they had the audacity to charge me $6 without removing any of the stains. When I asked him why it was so much, he gave me attitude, saying they never guaranteed it would come out. I will not be back.

Wonderful service, good prices, and great turnaround time. This is my go-to for all dry cleaning in Chicago!

Two thumbs up here. They are fantastic and reasonably priced for dry cleaning. They do wonderful alterations work too. I've used them multiple times for different alterations jobs and the owner really does stellar work! I highly recommend this place!

No hours posted on Google. Changed their hours from what was posted on their picture of their window. Didn't even scratch off the old hours on the door though. Now only open till 630.
