Bill at the copy center helped me print out work photos after running around at multiple FedEx’s where their printers couldn’t make photo copies. Thank you Bill for making it an easy process. The rest of the staff were all so very friendly and outgoing.

I started looking at laptops several weeks ago. I went to the store, used the chat and called. None of the people I interacted with were helpful at all. Then I went to the store and talked to Kenyata who answered all of my questions. I returned to the store and worked with Jasmine who was very good at finding the best laptop for me and to make this visit even better, Kenyata became available to assist. These two women were far superior to any of the men I dealt with at this location.

Just been at Staple to print a gift card out of a file. I showed the image of the card and, by hands, the approximate size required for the print ,asking the clerk to help me identify a suitable standard size.
The clerk told me, or perhaps I should say, intimated me, to specify the exact measures of the print I needed. When I asked him to show me some options of standard size he repeated, quite annoyed, that I had to specify the exact measures because he could not guess them on my behalf.
I have rarely seen such a bad attitude in a store in my life.
Needless to say, I didn’t buy the print

The customer representatives at Staples were especially helpful. They were polite, knowledgeable, and empathetic in helping me to understand various product and pricing options. I felt confident in their recommendations - as it was clear they weren't trying to "sell" me, but rather sincerely wanted to ensure my purchase would meet my needs and that I would be completely satisfied. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was thrilled with the results -- and am a very satisfied customer!

Went twice this week and the staff was very friendly in directing me where to go, providing advice on the best tape to purchase based on my needs, and making sure I checked out the clearance section. Lots of great offers too.

This location features an assortment of crumb bum staff who possess incorrect knowledge of the store’s various policies and have little knowledge of customer rapport and business acumen.
On February 22nd, I purchased a Midland Weather Radio online for in-store pick up and was handed a box from UPS when I arrived on February 23rd. When I asked the chick at the counter about the store’s return policy, I was informed that it was “30 days with receipt.”
Since Staples refuses to properly vet their products or clue themselves into the poor ratings for some of the merchandise they sell, I returned to an alternate location on March 9th and was refused a refund “due to having the item for more then 14 days” even though the Midland Weather Radio was defective on arrival.
When I called the location on Wabash, some kid answered the phone and insisted on trying to cut me off. No responsibility was taken for the misinformation this store provided me with, and I was told to contact Midland about “arranging a warranty”, “since I hadn’t purchased Staple’s extended warranty.” After refusing to contact Midland since Midland charges their customers for the cost of shipping and return shipping on warranty claims, I was told to contact Staple’s customer service line.
After 25 minutes on the phone with customer service, I was told I’d have to print a return label and drop this radio off at a UPS, then wait for the warehouse to receive it before another 5-10 business days go by prior to being issued a refund for merchandise that was defective on arrival.
I take pride in saying I’ll never spend another dime with this company and I’d advise others to consider doing the same.
