I was stranded in my bmw 535i in the middle of Chicago with nowhere to go. They hooked me up with towing and got me in same day. The guys have great personalities and are true professionals. I was able to make it to my destination on time. I highly recommend, excellent work!

Came in an hour before close on a rainy Friday night after my battery died. Worker was super helpful and provided me a portable jumper to bring the car over to get the car battery tested. He was super patient and even provided advice on my battery rather than just immediately trying to sell me a new one. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone with car troubles for their incredible care and customer service!

This place is the best. They've helped me out in a pinch a few times, and it's always been a great experience. Kenny is friendly and willing to do whatever he can to help. Prices are reasonable, and they usually get my car in and out pretty fast!

My car stopped shifting gears and I was stuck in a parking garage, I was 2 blocks away and one of the mechanics came over and helped me get my car to the shop. Get your car repaired here! I cannot thank SSS Auto Repair enough for their outstanding service and kindness.Today, I was panicking when my car was unable to start. No one was able to determine why and some people even recommended to have my vehicle towed to a mechanic. I called SSS Auto Repair and the team took the time to patiently walk through what could be happening over the phone. Other people were convinced it was a larger and more expensive issue, but SSS Auto was able to provide clear and helpful reasoning that the problem may not be as it seemed.It turned out to be a simple battery problem. Thanks to SSS Auto, I was able to jump my car, get to their shop, receive last minute assistance from their team and be back on the road within the hour. The team did everything quickly and in the most inexpensive way possible. They were able even able to repair my battery rather than selling me a new one!If I could give this place 6 stars, I would.Thank you SSS Auto! I was recommended to go to Kenny at SSS autorepairs in Lincoln Park and I had a very great experience. I do not really have any experience with mechanic work and thus always am worried that auto shops will dishonestly quote me.
