This is a very nice place West of the loop and Nice atmosphere great service.I This is a nice place to get a bite to eat and a relaxing atmosphere nicely price menu. I highly recommend South loop marketplace.

I don't go there often but when I do, it's uneventful and I accomplish my tasks. Plenty of well-lit clean parking and a good variety of businesses. I'm glad South Loop Marketplace is there.

No proper signage about scanning ticket on both sides for validation. Very unpleasant experience with parking manager. Marketplace mall management was not responsive. Store manager demonstrated no authority. Overall awful experience. I returned items. I will not return to this mall. Parking manager and policies have cost the mall shoppers. Bad management. Unpleasant. I've got other options for how to spend my money. Parking vendor should be replaced. I will never go back to this place.
