I ordered online and was a bit apprehensive because with flowers, it’s hit or miss. Soukal Florist delivered the most beautiful arrangement, even more stunning than the web photo! They are simply the best florist in Chicago. Excellent and enjoyable experience! Five Stars!!!

I read the negative reviews for this floral shop, but I did not have a problem at all. I ordered online and I had no issues at all. The floral arrangement that I chose for a woman who turned 110 years old what's the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have ever found online through all the other major florists that are around. The price was very reasonable the delivery was on time the flowers were impeccable. I lucked out I don't know I love this place and I highly recommend it. I'm sorry for those people who were disappointed, but I don't know mine was absolutely perfect and everything went according to plan. I actually ordered these flowers two weeks before the delivery date and they were still delivered on time and in beautiful condition.

Will absolutely never order there again. I tried to get a hummingbird bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day. The website wouldn't take my debit or credit card finally the next day it did long story short Mother's Day comes and goes asking if they can deliver it that Monday then to find out they no longer have the humming bird face whatsoever. I was told the website or they shut it down..... I was using their website they should not have continued to let people order that item once they ran out. It's been 4 days since I've been told the refund would be processed in return to me and yet I am still waiting. The same woman that told me she would process the refund that day says she can't find anything with the transaction date because she doesn't get into that program.... Come on seriously? Now I get to wait another day for another woman to call me. It's particularly frustrating because my mother is dying she has end-stage COPD and could be her last Mother's Day as she turns 86 this year. The only enjoyment she has right now is sitting at her table being able to watch the humming birds out of her window. Huge disappointment to say the least

Disappointed once again , they gave us a deflated ballon. On top of leaving it on the ground tipped over in my backyard. All the water was spilled over so I had to replace the water myself hopefully that doesn’t cut their life in half. But I’m sure If you’re white they treat you right here but not if your Hispanic. Taking my business elsewhere.
