My wife and I were very well received in this store. She was looking for specific underwear and she found what she was looking for thanks to the two hostesses present. Rarely kind and taking the time to help her with her choices and sizes, they were great!
Located in the mall, it's easy to find this store. I recommend it.

I went to exchanging bras that I bought online and didn’t fit me. The lady at the store was very nice and helpful, made sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my new bras. Recommended size on line was very off from my the one that actually fit me perfectly after been measured and fitted by the expert. Would recommend to just go to the store and you will be happier with your purchase. Excellent costumer service!

I had a really great experience here with two sales associates last week.I went in very uncomfortable and never wearing a bra and left excited to wear my new purchases!I felt taken care of, different experience than I’ve had at bra stores growing up

I came in to shop for bras about two weeks ago. I found the employees working and asked for help. One measured me, recommended bra styles, and told me if I spent $125, I could receive $40 off. I decided to buy two of the bras at $68 a piece because of the promo.When she rung me up, she only gave me $20 off $80. I did not notice until after I paid and left, so I came back. When I asked about it, she said that bras do not qualify for $40 off $125. I told her it was misleading to tell me about this promo if bras do not qualify, and left, but kept the bras because I did like them. However, on my way home, I went on the Soma website and learned the same exact bra qualifies for this promo, even with buy online pick up in store at this exact location.Either this store does not honor all promos, or this associate refused to give me the best deal possible.

What a terrible experience. I now believe I am invisible. Went the Tuesday after Labor Day. No one else in the store. Barely acknowledged by surly millennial #1. No help in the dressing room. Had to redress and go out to get different sizes. When I emerged after a bust (no pun intended) of a fitting, found surly millennial #2 had taken over. Did not acknowledge my existence even when I retrieved the bag I left behind the counter. Truly unbelievable. I went to 3 other bra stores and the service was excellent. Soma, get your act together. But regardless, I will never go back.

I love shopping at Soma. Located inside Water Tower Mall, they don't ever feel too busy or over crowded. The store is cute. Everything is displayed so nicely. It makes it so easy to shop. They always have the best pj's. They offer cute sets and mix & match pieces. They also have loungewear and under garments. The sale section is fantastic. Don't forget to check that out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. That makes it feel even nicer to shop. They always help you find your size and make suggestions in other colors etc. I hope they stay in Water Tower as it is so close to my house. I know the mall is slowing down but hope they can stick it out. This store has a lot to offer!

I went to this store today because as a 32G, it can be hard to find bras in my size in-stores. The sign outside advertised 32-40 up to H, I believe, and so did all the bras in the store. However, when I got inside it was so disorganized I could not find my size anywhere. None of the drawers were marked with a "32" and the bras hanging up were not organized in any sort of size order. So, I asked the salesperson where I could find a 32.She asked my cup size, and then gave me a very rude look when I told her. She said she doesn't think they carry that size but she would check the back. I was confused, because I thought I was in the store with the best sizing options available, and I was hurt because I'm already self-conscious about having an uncommon size, so this just made me feel worse about a recurring problem I have. She came back with 3 bras and said that was all they had in my size.I tried all these on and none were quite right, so I went to speak to another associate about being willing to try a sister size if it meant a better selection. She didn't say a word to me, just pulled out one of the bras she was standing near for me to try. I didn't love the style, so I decided to try finding myself other sister size bras in different styles. While searching, I found my original size 32DDD, tons of them! They were just in incorrectly marked drawers.I ended up leaving with 3 bras. I am really happy to find bras that fit me, which is why I give more than 1 star. But the customer service and organization of this store is pretty abysmal.

I have finally got a chance to make it into Soma and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I was out shopping today and first went to Victoria's Secret. Got terrible customer service there and they fitted me for a bra completely wrong.As soon as I walked in Stephanie greeted me and offered immediate assistance. I explained to her what a terrible experience I just had up the street at Victoria's Secret and I just want a comfortable bra. Stephanie gave me a bra fit and over 12 bras to try on. I fell in love with two different bras and ended up getting four bras. Then I was going to go to Lulu for sports bras but noticed they carried them. I tried on a few sport bras and ended up loving one of them as well.Stephanie changed my love hate relationship with trying on bras today! She's amazing!Must try bras: Enbliss wireless & Enbliss bralette

My experience at this location is always satisfying. The sales women made me feel welcomed, an confident in finding a bra the actually fits me. I found my perfect bra that made a total difference in my body shape and I noticed a difference in my waist line. I left this store in tears filling confident and relieved thank you so much for the perfect bra.
