Ordered 2 pairs of shoes , one pair was delivered the other was no where to be found. I tried emailing, calling, I even called 2 separate stores. The lady was rude and the other said they were unable to help. I had to call my credit card company and told them what happened, luckily they are trying to get a hold of snipes to get my refund. After over almost 2 weeks someone from customer service at Snipes returned my call.

I really disappointed that my order wasn’t processed almost a month without any communication from the company. I feel fraud by them. They didn’t answer for my emails and customer support just ignores me. I’m trying to ask about refund, because I do not need my order anymore, I left the country.

Bought a pair of shoes, went to pick them up, they weren't there. Bought a 2nd pair, asked for a refund for the 1st. Came to pick up the 2nd pair, they had both. This is a month apart period. I asked for a refund on one of the pairs, and was told they hadn't reached their sales quota, so they couldn't, as it would affect that. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

Do not buy or order anything from these people. If you need to cancel or return something they will not do it. I’m now filing fraud on them, they will not respond to emails and their customer service number purposely does not connect to anyone. It says leave your number so they can call you back but they will not.

Very helpful and accommodating. With a limited stock of purple and black Jordan 1 retros that I couldn't find anywhere else, worker held them for me until I got off work. My lady will definitely be happy for Christmas.

This location is small so you won't have a huge selection of clothing to choose from and they don't have alot of stuff in stock here.
