I love this place! My winshield was broken back in July and Mr. Charles got it done! Someone broke passenger window last night and he got it done. Best of the best.

Purchased plexiglass and owner was to drop it off the next day. Did not show up at appointed time and did not call. When called and spoke the owner stated he was on his way 40 mins after time suggested. After I told him the person waiting had to leave, he said tell him to call me when he gets back,AND HUNG UP THE PHONE. This business is very, very unprofessional! I try to support small businesses, but when you are treated with horrible service as this, I would rather spend my money elsewhere. Would not recommend, owner treats you like trash off the street.

They scratched and knocked my bumper slightly out of place, and tried telling me a lie saying i brought it like that. Other than that my passenger side mirror was fixed and done well.

These people HORRIBLE!!! They don’t call to let you know a problem occurred etc while waiting on them. Then they just pops up at your residence whenever without scheduling to come. Then have the nerve to have an attitude when you not there.
