We have been wanting to check out sleep number beds for a while - apnea, snoring, hot/cold at night, poor sleep, backaches. Cory met us at the door and spent an hour with us analyzing our sleep positions and giving us options. Cory was knowledgeable and proactive. We don’t even have the bed yet but we’re very happy with our sales experience. We really appreciate the science and info and not just the sales lines. Knowing we get 100 day trial gives us peace of mind. We have to make a change and hope this works! Thank you Cory!!!

Horrible customer service, me and my fiance went in to ask questions about an online order and they scolded us for not buying in store. Do not recommend this location, had better experience with AI than a human.

we got our new mattress it was defective. we were unable to use it as it was causing Severe migraines and back pain due to the module not inflating and adjusting correctly. they "overnighted" us a new module which took several days to get to us then stated that they could not send service to set it up for multiple weeks, so we were unable to use the mattress. after waiting several weeks of having issue between functionality and the app I decided to return the mattress which resulted in a Very rude customer service rep insisting I was not giving it a fair try. I explained multiple times that this had just been a nightmare, and I just wanted to return the mattress and be done with it as i had already contacted customer service at least once a week since we had the bed. Returning the bed during the "free in-home trial" resulted in $1000 worth of Charges. WE ARE STILL PAYING ON A MATTRESS WE NO LONGER HAVE......

Cory, the sales person was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs. For example, i have lower back issues and tight hips. I sleep on my side. She knew the best Sleep mattresses to alleviate my issues. I also felt very comfortable testing various mattresses in the store.

Try calling customer service, nothing like spending $8000 on a bed and no one can assist you.

My entire extended family uses Sleep Number beds. This is the third one I have bought for myself and wife. This store was great because they had every mattress I was interested in available to try, but especially because Dorna was so helpful. She’s worked for SN sixteen+ years and knows the products inside and out. That was a huge help because the beds have changed a lot, and even gotten so much better since the last one I bought well over ten years ago. I highly recommend Sleep Number and this particular location.
