Customer service is everything! Lionel, hey if you're reading this SIXT, buddy needs a raise! His service is why I'm coming BACK AND those great prices. I was in and out in under 10mins. Upgraded to the Denali. Drop-off was just as smooth. SIXT, give them a chance. I recommend doing it online as well.
