This company has been great to work with. I am a current tenant in one of their buildings and both guys I deal with maintenance supervisor Meriton and building management Miron are very attentive, kind, and quick to solve any issue that arise. They are always on top of everything and it gives me a piece of mind knowing they are in charge.Thank you for everything you do and keep up the great work!

Robbie is extremely responsive and very flexible with tours, while being very helpful with information and communication regarding the apartment!Alicia helped me over the phone multiple times and was always very helpful and transparent about the process.I have nothing but great things to say about this company and can’t wait to move in!

I was very pleasantly surprised with how great Silver Property Group is. First place I’ve ever lived where the management gets things done quick, responds immediately about any questions or concerns, and they are super friendly. Terrible experience with this group. My place got broken into and they took a whole month to replace my door therefore my place was uninhabitable and unsafe, plus while waiting for for a new door someone that had access to my place stole items out of there. They were dismissive and un apologetic. Very unprofessional plus they make you pay for internet lol but don’t have it set up for you. The front yard is full of dog waste and there’s a huge rat problem. The leasing agent and his guy were unprofessional and the place was not kept up. Think twice before renting from them

I’ve lived in my unit since Sept 21. Was really happy when I found it relocating here during covid. Miron has always been responsive. Anything I needed fixed I’ve never had to wait too long. I’ve had more than I’d like to admit lock outs (all my fault) to which staff was responsive very thankful for the young guy that always seems to save me and let me in when I lock myself out or break my key. The building isn’t the newest BUT I like that they have someone clean the front entrance and even the stairs. They also have someone come out quarterly to spray. I’ve never had an issue with pests (rats roaches etc) only a handful of spiders here and there. I feel like there isn’t too much noise other than hearing those above me walking.Con: Biggest con is that the rent increases. It’s never by much which I’m thankful for. But if I can get a set that would be great but that’s about it.

I’ve had the most pleasurable experience with Silver Property Group! I moved into my unit post divorce and was trying to get back on my feet. At the time, my credit wasn’t great and I was climbing out of debit. However, I had the income and longevity at my workplace to substantiate this. They were willing to work with me from the jump and gave me so much hope!I’ve been a resident for 2 years and no complaints. I haven’t seen a mouse or anything like that. Miron is super responsive when I have concerns. For example, onetime a bunch of water flooded into the lobby and they were out the next day sucking it up/cleaning. The maintenance folks are super friendly and always kind to my pupper. Overall, it’s been really great and I love my neighbors.My unit itself is beautiful and allows a bunch of natural light in. I’ve got in unit laundry and central air for an incredible price. I’m so grateful to have lived here when I did because it afforded me the opportunity to get out of debit and back on my feet. I’ve just closed on my first home - which is the only reason I’m moving. Thanks Silver Property Group and more specifically Miron.

Fantastic landlord and management company!! I rented with them for a year and actually was sad to move onto a different management company. All maintenance requests were handled promptly, they answered emails and phone calls as if every one was urgent, and were never once shady or difficult to deal with. I recommend silver property group if you're renting in Chicago!!!

I lived at one of their properties and it was nice enough for the price, however, the hallways were super dirty/sketchy and the front door barely closed so people were randomly getting in. There was a huge package thief problem that little to nothing was done about (I had almost all of my packages stolen over the year); albeit there is a larger package thief problem, there was a clear solution to solving it in the building and it wasn't done.I had an unusually loud and obnoxious upstairs roommate and little was done about that as well. It seems like they make it hard to leave reviews of the properties so I'm leaving it here.

My experience at the 3250 N Puladki Rd unit has been great! The staff has always been helpful and the amenities are all I need for city living. I woul like to thank Mr.Miron as well for being an accomadating property manager.

Robbie has been hands down the best agent to work with. He’s been accommodating and made sure it was a seamless process. I have been with Silver Property Group now for 2 years. My property manager Miron has very understanding and professional in regards to my stay. The location of my residence has been very convenient in regards to my job location and my living quarters inside my apartment has been reasonable due to the price of rent in Illinois. Convenient for shopping and public transportation.

Management very responsive to requests. I had bugs getting in my windows and they had an exterminator come out ASAP. Paying rent is simple online. Love our apartment and plan on staying here a long time!

I’ve been with silver properties since 2016. I had just moved from Dubai and needed an apartment. The process went quickly and with the help from Indiria she made things for me very easy for me. I’ve had 3 apartments with Silver properties ever since 2016. Miron has made my moves stress free and we all know how moving can be stressful. The very few times I’ve had maintenance issues Miron made sure that they were taken care of quickly. I would recommend silver properties to friends based on how my great experience have been with silver properties.

Moved in August '21 and found out I live below a family of six in a two bedroom. Over a dozen complaints and still 8+ hours a day of running and pounding. Neighbors blasting music at 2am on weekdays. Neighbors loudly breaking up in the hallway every week.Part of the technology fee they charge every month should be for Amazon to have access to drop packages off. This has never happened once. They ring all of the units to be let in or leave it outside.The back stairs are a death trap in the winter. The stairs are covered in layers of ice. Have to go out the front and around the block to the alley to avoid injury.This is the worst place I've rented. I can't wait to leave and find a place that's livable again.
