My aunt went here and purchased a pair of dress boots. When she got ready to wear them the zipper split. She called the store to inform them of what happened and to let them know she couldn't locate her receipt but she had used her card. The worker told her it was nothing they could do, so she has a pair of boots she's purchased that she can't wear. This is horrible I wouldn't suggest shopping here. Poor customer service

Awesome customer service. I needed a shoe, only one was in stock and the sales person held the shoe for me. Outstanding customer service.

I shopped at this store today and was pleased with the exemplary customer service from the sales rep. I asked for a manager so I could compliment her. Turns out, the sales rep, Kenta Barner, was the manager! Her customer service was nothing less than excellent! The shoes are cute and reasonably priced. I will return to this store.

Huge selection of the latest fast fashion shoes..always find more than what i needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful and will let you know if you rocking what you're trying on. Go visit.

I went to the store considering the good reviews and my BFF shops there as well. I should have just followed my gut. I tried the shoes on to make sure they were a nice fit and would look good with my birthday outfit. I purchased them a week before my birthday. So fast forward two days before my birthday, I put the shoes on with my dress, and when I tell you these shoes fell completely apart while on my feet!! I’m too upset and there are no exchanges or refund!
