I had one of the most ridiculous experiences in my life trying to do business with shipping and beyond. The owner of this business is rude, incompetent and quite aggressive in her delusions of superiority. Blaming the customer is always the wrong answer. Especially when you didn't read a form that you signed off on. I strongly advise you to avoid at all costs.In response to the business: Please note the services requested were only suspicious in the eyes of the business owner. No one else found it suspicious. Including a professional notary service, a virtual mailbox company that uses this location nor the new location for postal service. I would at best describe my brief time in this center as a mild civil rights violation. At worst a vile racist attack by a bigot.

all I know is this is the address listed on my spam folder where I get multiple spams upon multiple spams, cant unsubscribe, suite # 1280 is the culprit apparently.

I use this place for my digital PO Box. Staff is very nice and process of picking up mail is very simple and straightforward. Never had any issues. Forwarded mail does take a little to start showing up but it does show up. I intend to continue to use this place for my digital mail. 100%!

The worse customer service .. i appreciate how hard the lady at the front working .. but you can manage working with two customers at the same time .. she took two person ahead of me .. and when i said i am next in line .. she mention they here for pick up mail not sending mail … which she wants to keep her loyalty to her regular customer and she dont care about the new one ..either have someone to help you for pick up orders or respect the peoples turn on line like everyone waiting ..even though she helped sending the package still while in the process she insist to go and get the pick up item for the person next in line ..i dont trust going or sending any mail through that business anymore. I used to recommended to my college .. not anymore .. good luck for her pick up loyal customers ..

Customer service is the "beyond" part of the business name. Not only the lady is super kind and helpful regarding shipping matters, she also took her time to manage a misbehaved dog situation that a customer brought in (which caused me my first public panic attack because the customer was letting the dog get very close to me). The way she managed situation was very swift and thoughtful to everyone, and I'm not sure other people would be so cognizant.

EASY to manage your PO box once it's set up and they're always fast and helpful here. For $10 a month I know my packages are in safe hands to pick up when I want instead of being stolen off my front porch 'cause I didn't get to it in time. The location is very central as well and easy to get to from various neighborhoods without having to take the freeway.

This place was wonderful! They have multiple ways to ship, USPS, DHL, FedEx and they are so helpful when you need to ship oddly sized packages such as posters in tubes. They are friendly nice and extremely helpful! If you need to mail something tricky or anything - I highly recommend!

I just cleaned out my closet and wanted to sell a few things online. First time I went in, no problems. Then very rude acting like they were doing me some special favor by scanning in small soft envelope packages because “they’re not the usps”. I don’t know why they advertise that they can accept usps packages if they won’t.
