Never had an issue using the washroom, but now they do not let you use the washroom.They told me they don't have.One but I used it before and the website says they have restroom to the public
Maybe this lady was racist.I'm not sure what's going on.But they need to fix this False advertisement or they're just racist.

Gas prices on the large sign are deceptive as it’s “with a car wash” and “paying by cash”. Gas prices are nearly .50¢ than the gas station across the street. Why so much more???

The indian worker on the pictures listed stole 10 dollars from my credit card. Also this shell has the highest gas prices in portage park.

93 is $5.35 per gallon W*F ! I called to verify bcuz everywhere else nearby is $4.89 the most ! The guys said ... "I think it's $5 something" and I asked "is it something special with your gas" -- RIP OFF !!!! Please don't come here bcuz gas is expensive already - now you got these guys ripping people off !!!! $50 got me less than 10 gallon!!!! That's horrible ! And first time I called and asked ... they hung up on me -- WOW

Gas Pump does not work but still charges you. Employee inside is aware that it doesn't work but will not put sign on pump. The employee is not busy, I am the only one in the gas station, and apparently not the only person who has told him That pump is broken. He is sitting inside watching TV and when I asked him why he doesn't put a sign on the pump saying it's broken, he just looked and stared at me like he didn't understand what I was saying and then went back to watching TV. I will never go back to this shell gas station and I will make sure to tell all my friends that use the highway right there or pass or anything to never ever use this gas station.

I went to get a car wash at this location and the brushes scratched up my car and didn't provide the tire shine I paid extra for that had already said was included in the $8 wash choice. I went to talk to the cashier and he took down my name and number and said he would tell his boss. Days have passed and I haven't heard a thing. I call them, same cashier answers and said he told his boss. I told him I have not gotten a call at all. He said he will tell him again. I'm sure its all bs im sure he's probably the boss himself and doesn't want to be responsible for anything. I'm trying to see what if any legal matter I can take since they can't have the decency to fix a problem when presented to them.

The sign says gas is $3.19 per gallon, but you are charged $3.25 at the pump.
