Yesterday I was called broke by the little Indian lady because I gave her five dollars in quarters and I told her the gas didn’t get in the car. she is normally nice but this time she was bragging about how she is the manager and she handles everything but I told her you don’t own this place at all and I will get in contact with the owner. I called a number of times after I left but no one picked up so I called today and she gave me his number but his voice mail picked up so I will keep trying because she needs to be disciplined for how rude she was this is not acceptable by any means .

They have great service but I put two stars because the type of people they get in their area at night. It's not a safe place to be at night.

the owner asked if we are getting paid to give a bad review how rude we brought are fancy shocks to be put on by you guys months ago we order them on line we learned more about them after we had them put on im sorry to say they were not ajusted right we were ask to right up are own bill of sale they but did not understand why im sure these shocks came with tools but know one said so we are not sure but think so so we spent more money on line ordering these tools to try to ajust these shocks it was a stiff bong bong ride for a wile

I had a flat tire drove into the Shell but the service department was closed. Long story short I ended up calling roadside assistance. Took road assistance 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. He worked on the tire For half an hour and still not able to get the nuts off the tire. He then let me know that I may have to be towed because he was not able to remove the tire to put on the spare. The road assistant person let us know that he would not be paid if he didn't complete the service. Meanwhile the owner arrived and asked me what was the issue. He offered to allow my road assistance person the use of his more powerful tools. Which worked in 5 minutes. NEVER ASKED TO BE PAID, our was serviced and the roadside assistance person was able to be paid. I am a disabled person of color and the Shell station owners act of kindness was so refreshing to see during these uncertain times! GOOD PEOPLE!

I had a lot of work done on my Murano at this Shell repair shop and I recommend this shop to anyone needing quality repair at best prices!! five stars definitely!! I had work done last winter that is still holding like new, aaand just had some work done this week MAN MY MURANO RIDES LIKE NEW AGAIN!! I have NEVER been this satisfied with an auto repair, I am still in awe at how good my car runs now, I keep going outside and stating it up just to hear my baby purrr again!! I brought my car in on an emergency situation. A lot of cars came in and out. They seem to handle people quickly. Ask for BETO. He is very good and extremely knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and was genuine and caring. And he fixed all of my issues while explaining and showing me everything he did.

They lied to me by telling me they do emission testing and then the man in charge there had the nerve to ask me for $50. All they did was ran a 10 sec computer test lol. But for what? You may ask? That was not going to complete my emissions test in order to renew my registration. I then asked him is my emission test done? He's answer was no, so I asked why should I pay you $50? He just looked at me for 10 sec completely speechless. Then he was like ok ok ok ok how much do you want to pay me? This entire thing happened before learning that I needed to bring the car to an authorized station in Skokie, which is the nearest station to me. No other mechanic shops are authorized to do this as of recently. They knew I was new to Chicago and tried to take advantage of me. I drove to Skokie and they did my test in less then 5min and passed it. The test was FREE of charge. !!!!BEWARE of this place!!!!

Gas at good prices. Highly recommend if you've got a large vehicle (moving van, truck w/ trailer, etc.) it's a great choice as they've got a lot of space to maneuver around.

was looking for a place to replace my slow leak tire..no major automobile repair shops were available on a sunday..called devon auto and repair and the owner got it done on a sunday at a very reasonable rate-would definitely go there again! :)
