Called every day for two weeks just trying to get a copy of my gas receipt to resolve a rental car dispute. My calls were either ignored, or I was handed off to a different "manager" who took down my information and never got back to me. Gave up as they clearly don't care. I even called Shell global customer care to get help and to report this hassle.In contrast, the other gas stations I filled up at answered my call and emailed me my receipts within 24 hours.This gas station may have mistakenly added diesel fuel to their premium tank, which is what the rental car company is claiming. If you recently had car issues after filling up with premium at this location...don't count on getting any information. Report it to Shell global.

What a joke! credit card/ debit card machine down during our visit today. We needed to fill up the car to prevent an overcharge on a rental car. That meant multiple trips in and out of the station, with cash in hand, until we finally filled up the tank ... and then another trip to get change. There were alternatives, and I should have gone a bit out our our way to save time.The owner (charging over $4 a gallon) should have enough money to invest in maintaining his equipment.

This is the worst gas station. The clerk is very lazy. He see a customer come in the gas station and stands in the back like he don't see you as he talks on his cell phone. 5 minutes later he will walk over slow. Very bad customer service. Forget about lottery tickets the old guy never wants to cash them in he always say he don't have any cash in draw to give you your winning. Stay away from this location. Poor customer service!!

The pumps never had receipts. The prices are the highest you can find.

Came here for gas... filled up. Pressed yes for receipt. Prompted to go to cashier. All the doors are locked with a sign be back in 15 minutes. 15 minutes have elapsed still no sign. I need the reciept to expense for my job. Now I'm out of $23.67 of my personal money because they can't do their job.
