Breanna , the beauty expert, was absolutely amazing. I have never had a beauty expert at Sephora be so on point with product recommendations based on my skin tone and vibe I was going for . I never write these reviews . I would go back to this Sephora just to get more recs from Breanna . ??

My wife and I absolutely love this Sephora. Close proximity to an area where I used to study during undergrad as well as retail shops. Just picked up Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb Nectar for Svitlana!

Avoid this location,Been here several times spent over $1000USD.Maybe they have a prejudice against certain type of people but i always get ignored and never helped out until they notice I won’t leave.

Just spent a wonderful Sunday shopping and stopped into the Sephora it was BUSY. There was plenty of staff on hand and I could hear the manager directing everyone to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had a wonderful time with Sales Associate , Amy, who gave me all sorts of great tips and information on various make up products. It really made my day great! TY!

Had a pretty bad shade match experience. The associate was unsanitary, not very knowledgable and left the section junky. The device gave a shade that was a bit too light and she (?) didn’t seem like she wanted to try a darker shade. She seemed new so no hate. Just an odd experience and feedback. Other associates were kind tho.

Staff were friendly but not as helpful as other locations I go to (like Michigan Ave). First I spoke with one staff member about some skincare products and everything they recommended was Drunk Elephant. Then I went to get a color match on foundation, specifically Haus Labs, and they seemed a little lost when the digital tool spit out a reco that was clearly too dark for me. Just kept asking which I liked as I tried on a few different colors. I found Haus Lab’s online quiz to be more helpful and ordered there.

Swearing off this location entirely- it has only gotten progressively worse over time as workers HOUND you. Same associate every time will sit and stand behind you and comment on everything your hands touch. Another associate went to grab sanitizer and filled my hands with SOAP. Yes, literal hand soap (Sephora doesn’t have sinks) and walked away ??? Ended up putting all my stuff back, I refuse to give this location a dime & would rather go to Southport or all the way down town. Unorganized, lack of self awareness for a check & no decorum.

Trudy was very rude and had a attitude . I had a receipt to return my items and she didn’t care she REALLY INSISTED for my email and phone number like girl just scan the receipt and do the return you acting lazy. Then she gets mad cause my phone number isn’t popping up in the system like just scan the receipt.

POC do not go to this location. My sister & I have gone to this location a handful of times, each time has been progressively worse. From the moment we walk in we're followed & watched. Specifically one employee in particular, not sure of her name but has a short pixie cut & glasses. Today was to the extreme when this specific employee looked at us up & down, followed us, & kept bothering us when we literally were not paying her any attention. Commenting on a foundation we were swatch testing that I'm sure she's never used, commenting on our drink & food bag? Just commenting on random unnecessary things to try to "deter" us from "stealing" because we're Hispanic. My sister & I regularly spend $100+ at Sephora, & have too much going for ourselves to get caught up stealing makeup LOL but because we're POC it's assumed we steal. I understand theft happens but to specifically target POC because in your mind we steal makes you look like an insensitive person. We're not the first to experience this as other reviews from POC state they've experienced the same.

i came to this store to shop for 2 delivery orders. everyone was more than willing to help me find items, especially amy. amy walked around the store with me, helped me find all the items for both orders and even helped with recommendations for substitutes for out of stock items. she was extremely friendly and personable and she absolutely made me experience!

Quick stop to pick up Tarte concealer which I thought I packed but didn't. What I love about Sephora is that as in other retailers, they can pull up my transaction history and know exactly what I use. Nikki took seconds to find it and in five minutes I was at the checkout and downloaded 30% off coupon from Rakuten. Sephora is near Crate and Barrel, Apple Pottery Barn and most importantly across from the Red Line North Clyburne station.
