I needed a new and more impervious gate lock to protect my property. This was especially germane following the May and August 2020 riots. Sensact was responsive. They examined the current mechanism, recommended a replacement and within a few hours it was installed. They also provided an analysis of security of my property.

I had our chain link fence extended 37ft along the side of our house and called Rasoul for a quote. He came out two days after I called and gave a reasonable quote. Job was done promptly, professionally and met my expectations. Very happy with the fence extension and the service and would highly recommend for any fence needs.

Sensact (Rasoul) fixed our condo's wrought iron gate. They did a great job! He promptly provided an estimate and was easily reachable for our follow up questions. The work was done about a week after the estimate was approved by our building owners. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sensact again!

OMG I am so happy that I found Sensact Group. Me and my boyfriend moved into a new apartment and our bedroom had a broken ceiling fan. I found this company on Yelp and the owner was so helpful. He gave me some recommendations about which fan to buy even before he met us in person. He was honest, patient and so helpful. We purchased a new fan from a store and he helped us installing the fan. He took his time and really made sure that everything is safe and in the right place. I am so happy we found him.
