Made an online order for flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend today. Flowers were delivered just a few hours later. My girlfriend was very happy with them, sent me a picture, and I was amazed they looked just like the online advertisement.

The TEAM at Secret Garden has not failed me...everrrrrrrr!! When I needed something within a few hours, they delivered! When I needed something "special", they delivered! The flowers are stunning but what makes Secret Garden special, is their attentiveness to their clients and their dedication to your experience! Customer service was great. Recipient was not home at the time so they had to make the delivery a day late. I ordered online and the delivered product didn't look as good as the original picture. I understand they have to make substitutions at times so I wasn't too disappointed.

I placed an order online at 12:35 pm for birthday flowers to be delivered today. I sent emails to confirm receipt of my order and get an update on delivery time with no reply. When I called I got a recording in Spanish. I was finally able to reach someone at 3 pm who promised delivery by 7 pm. I called again at 7 pm and told the driver was on his way. It is now 8 pm and the order is still not delivered. I just sent an email to cancel my order and credit me. Now received a reply there is trouble with the driver. This place is a scam and completely unprofessional. Please use another florist in Chicago and save yourself a lot of trouble.
