We would like to express our gratitude to Sebastian and Joanna for their work in the sale of our 6 flat propertyWe initially had a conversation about what kind of sale it was going to be.Sebastian gave us guidelines as to what to take care of and what did not matter for the sale.They personally notified us of all offers promptly and made sure everything moved forward with as little stress to us as possible.They are both very detail oriented and hard working.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor.

My experience with Sebastián from Greater ChicagoReal Estate was surprisingly great.I got his telephone number on line ,I called him to schedule an appointment for him to see the property that I was putting up for sale, he asked me for the price I was willing to sell, we agreed it was a fair price and I left all in his hands. Within three days we started getting showings of the property, in a week I got an offer and had a closing thereafter. In summary, I recommend this outfit for their knowledge of the market experience, their professionalism and efficiency.
