  Seattle Sutton has been my go-to for nearly 20 years! When I need to slim down a little or eat more healthily for a time, I know SS will help. Erin always has good suggestions, and remembers me and my idiosyncrasies always with a jolly smile!

  Erin is fantastic. I've been buying my meals here for two years. I lost 150lbs in the first nine months, going from 325lbs to 175! I've kept the meal plan ever since and it has helped me keep the weight off and stay healthy. I owe my good health to Seattle Sutton. And I have nothing but positive things to say about Erin at this location. She has celebrated my victories with me in my weight loss journey, and she never hesitates to go out of her way to help. I can't more highly recommend this service and Erin at this location.

  This place located on in Edgewater is run by one incredible lady, Erin. She really cares for her clients and would call or text to check if you forgot to pick up or if you want for her to wait or even deliver the boxes for you. i also appreciate that she takes the time to check every week on our level of satisfaction with the meals of the week. i am really glad she is working with us and for us to achieve our diet goals. thank you Erin, you truly are a part of Seattle Sutton's great reputation.

  I have used Seattle Sutton for three years and have lost 43 pounds! The meals are fresh, healthy, tasty, and convenient. Best of all is the excellent service I have received from Erin French. Her warm personality shows forth in every encounter, whether in person with deliveries, via email, or by phone contact. She is friendly and helpful and goes out of her way to show her care for me. If I could give her 10 stars I would!!

  I have done Seattle Sutton for several years and I really enjoy the food! If you stick to it consistently you can lose the weight that you would like to use. It's also good for convenience. I appreciate the fact that the food is actually very tasty and delicious unlike most health foods services that I have tried in the past. It is easy to pick up and the service is great! Erin who helps run the Edgewater location has always been very kind to me and very flexible with ordering and coming out to the parking lot to deliver the food! I am so happy and pleased with her professionalism and kindness.

  I've been on SSHE for 7 weeks and have lost 15lbs. I am eating the 1500 vegetarian meals. The meals for the most part are good however you may need to add a little salt free seasoning from time to time. I pick up at Egdewater and love Erin and her bubbly personality.However the 4 stars is because being a somewhat picky eater, I find myself throwing away about 2-3 meals a week. There are 3 things I wish SS would avoid putting in their meals:1. Yogurt - Yogurt can be found at any grocery store for 10 for 10.00 and not everyone can digest Lactose or like yogurt2. Salads - A bag of salad mix is under 5.00 a bag at most stores. We can make a salad if we want one.3. Mushrooms - There are lots of meat alternatives on the market. Plus a lot of people have mushroom allergies.All of these items are cheap to buy and I should not have to spend 165.00 a week to throw away 3 meals per week because of these items. I'll give SSHE until July 1, 2022 then I may have to find another meal prep company.SSHE reps, hopefully you listen to customer feedback and make changes to the menus. Its a GREAT program that works however the recipes and food choices could be better and the program more versatile..

  We've been getting our Seattle Sutton meals from Erin French--and her mom before her, for nearly two decades. Erin is, without doubt, the kind of person whose care and kindness does Seattle Sutton honor. I wish I could find the words to celebrate her better! Erin is much of the reason we're loyal customers..

  I have been using SS off and on for many years. It always helps me keep my weight and appetite in check. While I still miss the Lincoln park location, Erin French at Edge Water always offers me encouragement and complements which keeps me coming back.

  I have been a customer of this location of SSHE for about 10 (ten) years. Erin and her assistants have always been more than helpful and were happy to provide curbside pickup years before that became a common practice. She also will arrange temporary storage of the meals at a nearby 7-11 for the times I cannot get to the pick up during store hours. Really I could not ask for anything more from their service.

  It is an absolute pleasure working with Erin French at the Edgewater location. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am a happy customer which is why I am close to celebrating my 3 year anniversary. She has a positive attitude and during the pandemic, my eating habits started to turn for the worst but with Seattle Sutton, I’ve started to turn my health around. Thank you Erin for all that you do. You are truly the best!

  I needed to lose weight before a hip surgery. I was nearly 40 pounds overweight. I decided to give Seattle Sutton a try, I stuck to the diet, no eating between meals and I lost 32 lbs. in 4 months. I couldn't be happier. My contact at SS is wonderful and helps keep everything straight for me. Thanks Erin!!
