Price was pretty high for the condition the taillights were in. From the pictures they looked in better shape and having the price be that high I assumed they wouldn’t be that bad. Kinda my mistake in assuming. They weren’t sealed and had dirt and sticks inside, it’s kind of hard to see in pictures i took. At least they were fast in getting them shipped, just make sure you know the condition of the part your getting.

Tried to force sell me a badly rusted part. When I insisted I wasn't going to take it, they refunded me 20% less than what I paid for it. Now I know why they insist on being paid before showing you the part. Will never patronize them again.

I had a friendly voice answered My call for an engine and gave me a quote ; then they called me saying that price was given to me incorrectly. And raised the price $500 more. I didn’t care about the raised ; what gave me frustration was the miss communication of both salesman.

Quick, easy, and friendly service installing my mirror. only issue is I asked if it was supposed to fold, they said no- even though I bought it supposedly foldable. Took it back to where I bought it from they pushed it in hard enough and it now folds. Good business would've been 5 stars if they would've helped me out like the place I got it from.

i love that they are still a full service boneyard. everyone is so friendly. i come in for a spindle on my 02 civic as well as a strut. put them both in the tire was still pitched after hitting a concrete barrier on 294. i take it to shop to have it aligned and it's coming back spindle bent....weird and i've never heard of it before. not that this place is close but i went back there and on speaker phone had the alignment shop say what the machine was saying. he sold me another spindle at $50. that's $150 total spent now. 50/strut 50/spindle 2x. i finally am able to find time in a day to pull this "bent spindle" off. and put the 1 i just picked up on again....come to find out it's almost perfect almost doesn't need alignment. the problem i have is this...i brought the receipt in today with the "bent spindle" and not a person has cash in the whole establishment...like they scrounged up $50 after a while but they wanting me to come back.....they on 103 commercial and i'm located like 183rd and halsted. i don't like making this drive i did it now 3x and i'll continue to shop here for my automotive needs but please keep some cash on hand for the love of god
