Drove over 2 hours to show up n the car he had posted in the pic he already sold. Take the post down then if you sold the car. Dont have me drive there to buy something that isn't true to the post. Don't be shaddddy. I get there he has a similar car but diff tires and higher mileage. Stop posting fake deals on the internet n get better reviews.

I would never buy anything from them. They lied to me and said the reason they were selling the truck is because the old guy couldn't climb into it anymore. The truth was the engine was bad now I have to pay $8,000 for a new engine.

Whatever bad review you see, don’t believe it! I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra from here. Frank was my salesman and they treated me greatly. I was in and out with a car. There were no issues with it at all. I did need an oil change, but I took the car to Sam’s and they got on it right away. Everything was easy and straight to the point. It’s not a lot of places you can trust on Western when it come to purchasing or financing a vehicle. So I highly recommend them. I got that car in April 2021, so this is a very real review.

I had been a customer of Sam's with 3 vehicles. Rick, Frank and Sam have always treated me and my kids with kindness and patience. This is by far beyond a typical used car place, I feel they are a sort of family to me. The men here have never taken advantage of me being a woman and I love that for them and me!!!

This is the absolute worst auto dealers in the WORLD let alone Chicago. I bought a 2005 Chevy Colorado from these scam artist on September 28, 2022. I traded in my Cadillac Escalade that was fully paid for. They gave me $3000 for the Cadillac and I put down an additional $1500 to purchase this 2005 Colorado. I drove the car for 2 weeks then the CHECK ENGINE light came on. I took the truck back to them, they sent me away. The car starts to hesitate and struggles to turn over when i try to start it up. Finally i get the truck back over to them, they take it in, tells me it's a bad gas cap. They keep my car 2 days for a bad gas cap. They change the cap send me away The check engine light comes on again. I take it back to them again before my shift at work. They said they found the problem, fixed it and i should be good. I drive back home to bet my bag for work. I run inside, come back out, the car does not cut back on. So now i have to take an Uber to work. I have the car towed back to them this time. I have not seen my caf again. I have been calling every day for 2 weeks now, they hang up on me or take the phone off the hook and will not call me back to tell me the status. I am bleeding money, and they have all my gear for my P.T. job inside of the car. I am out a total of $4500 and im not sure i'll ever see my car again. Don't EVER buy a car from Sam's Auto. They will bilk you out of your money and you are completely at their mercy! They are a horrible company that does not have the right to treat people this way!
