These people are outwardly offensive trying to donate anything. Good quality furniture and they act annoyed. I went two times with two different workers and both seemed annoyed I even showed up with a donation. It’s my understanding this is the whole point of this organization. Will not be donating here again.

Most of the negative reviews have some truth to them, but I can usually find good stuff here (despite the high prices). None of the employees have ever given me problems, personally. They may not always be friendly, but I just stay quiet and out of everyone's way. I don't donate here anymore because I do think they trash, mark up, or pocket a lot of items.

Dumb folks. Been coming here for years usually stop after the gym so I have my gym bag with me. They’ve now hired folks that are believing they are doing some kind of complex work. Got chased down about my gym bag to ‘check in’ before I start shopping. This must be new because I been in the neighborhood for years and have bought plenty of things from this Salvation Army. However, getting treated like you’re under suspicion just because you happen to come back from the gym with a gym bag is unacceptable. Trash behavior and you’ll lose customers as a result. It’s not that serious, I don’t care who you believe are thieves the last thing you want to do is treat your loyal customers like they are those thieves. DO BETTER.

This place is a wreck. Bought a $30 north face bookbag. Stepped outside seen there were darker stains all over it. The store is dim lit. I couldn't see in the store. Walked right back in to return it after seeing the stains in the sunlight and they told me they do not do returns. They are scamming people in broad daylight. Manager was untrained. did not know how to handle the situation. Was reactive instead of proactive with the issue

Went here to give them tons of donations. My wife and I combined our household and had lots of things to consolidate. The guy in the back who takes the donations looked like we were inconveniencing him. He kept asking what we were donating, like I was going to bring garbage. Next time I'll drive to Good Will. Much better experience.

They don't even let paying customers use the (2) locked restrooms, so I put my purchase down and left. Nature calls.

Be careful for thefted, especially on sale days. Place is small so it’s easy to get swiped. I got my wallet stolen yesterday, pretty bummed but staff was really attentive and helpful. Otherwise great location to make some amazing finds!

It was a bust this time. This place had nothing and it was very small compared to the one of Devon and Clybourn.
