The restrooms? employees closed one of the restroom just for themselves. Fitting rooms? They just don't have a key. What a nonsense? They do have 3 fitting rooms, but no key?? Prices? Unexplainable high, compared to other SA stores. This store was so much better before covid. This location was closed for a few years(during covid). After they reopened, the store/personal/prices are just ridiculous.

ABSOLUTELY INSANE PRICES. 20$ for a used tape player, 16-30$ for any shoes, old speakers $20, any appliances at least $20, all furniture like 60-100$, all since coming under new management a few months ago. Before that everything was reasonably priced. Whoever took over this store is on another planet. You sell USED ITEMS. You cannot charge eBay prices or new prices. You're going to run your store out of business and you deserve nothing less. No sympathy for greedy thrift stores.

Selection and item quality is mid and pretty standard for most salvation army stores these days but the prices are LUDICROUS. Don't even bother coming here.

I can't believe that they put as Manager those types of people who don't know how to treat customers well just because they don't speak English, being treated with racism just like the manager Elvira who is a racist ??? tells people not to come back for not knowing how to speak English!!! Has anyone gone through the same thing?

The store associates here are not selling merchandise because the tags have been “tampered with” I had a girl there working the fitting rooms, over seeing everything.. I’m not sure how people tamper with tags?? Also, over heard the Spanish speaking employees talking how they keep things for themselves in the back, so people won’t get to them. How are you supposed to make money when you’re not selling things. Id advice not to shop at this location. They’re literally picking and choosing what to sell you. So I was able to purchase half the stuff I got, cause the other was tampered with… make it make sense. Also, pricing is a bit over the top for some of the items there’, some tags don’t have prices, or you can’t read the price at all. Good luck. Won’t be come back again.

Please stay away from this place. I had a horrible experience in this store. Workers were hostile and unprofessional. The manager was even worse... screaming at me for no reason and threatening me. I was so close to call the police. I never ever go to that place again! I really hope that upper management reviewing these negative feedbacks and will do something about it.

They have alot of things priced fairly and with tags which was surprising. The store is kept clean and organized. They have a great book collection and CDs. The jewelry was decent and they have fitting rooms. When I came here around noon, people were being very impatient of waiting their turn to try on their clothes so just beware of that.

Was super excited for this location to be opening back up. Before they closed I realized none of the clothing was size organized so I never bought clothes there. The salvation on grand is organized by size and I had hopes with the remodel and reopening that they would take the time to organize stuff right this time on central. Much to my disdain everything is just itemized by article of clothing rather than size :/ this makes the shopping experience 10x harder especially if you aren’t someone on the smaller size. Extremely disappointing and will have to just stick to the one on grand
