The man there is very sour with his attitude. I notice he denies help to the Spanish ones, but goes all out for his colored people. I notice how he looks a person up and down before he decides" if"they can even get any assistance there. Very wrong!!! Wish Donna still worked there she was so nice and didn't discriminate based on skin color.

I came in to pick up gifts for my kids and I was told someone picked them up already I didn’t give anyone the code so I’m not sure what happened I don’t even have a car I had to take the bus all the way here and have someone watch my kids very sad because I’m not even sure if they are lying to me. But one thing I do know is my kids won’t have anything to open Christmas Day
Edit to add the guy who opened the door for me looked annoyed and was also putting his shirt on I did. See someone looking through a window and didn’t open and when someone did he was fixing his clothes. And mentioned there was a lady looking for the gifts and my number wasn’t there but others were
Edit to add got a call saying they found the gifts I went back thank you for the help I would like to say that the clothes I got in the backs are not my kids size they are for a baby girl clothes size 12-18m. Won’t fit my youngest is 2 years old she’s size 4t. I signed up all 5 of my kids and only got gifts for 3 of them and one $25 gift card for the older 2 not sure how to spend it for them both. i appreciate the help marry Christmas and happy new year
