Purchased shoes online, Saks sent me a pair that was delivered in a generic Saks box with shoes that had rock marks on forefoot sole, chip on rear sole, and damage to side of loafer. Took to store to return and was told by Return Associate that I couldn't return in store because the shoes are damaged. I contacted Saks Chat and they dropped me from the chat after I told them my story. Now working with credit card processor to dispute and chargeback. Unacceptable service, will not be buying from Saks again

For a luxury department store it’s a pretty boring store. Was disappointed in how boring the architecture and store set up was. Looked like a normal basic department store.

Went in looking for some new cologne. Was scolded for touching the wrong bottles. First time, last time. Simply put, will get the $250 cologne elsewhere.

Super trashy, awful customer service. Seriously what is going on here…? It never used to be this bad. I’ve been the only customer in the store sometimes, ready to ring up, and all the employees are on their phones or giving people dirty looks. For anyone looking to shop here, just order online or go to Neiman across the street…I never see this behavior at NM or any other place that’s comparable.

My brother and I visited here for the first time, really nice and hospitable lady at the Creed section showed us around different perfumers and made us feel super welcome. She made amazing recommendations from Bond no.9, Initio, Creed, MFK, etc. Easily a 5 star rating just from her hospitality alone, although the other lady at the Bond No.9 section wanted nothing to do with us ?. I cant remember your name, but thank you for introducing me to my new signature scent, “LaFayette Street”

Please note there is an employee who works here that runs an underground fraud ring since 2020. I have already reported it to saks fifth. Please do not buy any gift cards from this store and also do not leave your credit cards open as they also scan them using devices. I personally have lost $500 and I don’t even live in Chicago. It is a cyber fraud crime going on here. They will use up the gift card balances in the store as have access even though you hold the physical gift card and they enter it to ensure the balances equal exactly the gift card amount so they don’t use their own.

Chanel Store!!I visited the Chanel store at Saks Fifth Avenue for some makeup products. The Sales Advisor - Maria is super helpful and patient. There were several different groups of people coming in at one time, she was busy around here and there but she never lost the patient to serve people. She did not push me to buy, she just gave me advice if I needed and gave me to tried different colors and helped found my colors. I ended up with buying more than I planned to.Btw, I visited this Store in the past, it was another woman there, not nice, no patient. Not a great experience so I stopped going there for a long time. Now Maria changes my shopping experience and I will visit when she is there. She works all week except Tuesday and Thursday.

I would highly recommend Aaron Teston if you're in need of a suit. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable in men’s fashion. I was very impressed by the level of service he provided me during my visit at Saks.
