I was quite underwhelmed with this Saks. Prices can’t be beat, that is true. But it felt unorganized and the selection of apparel was average. I use to work at an Off 5th in a different state so i’ve known a much different and better saks shopping experience. I did manage to find some boots that i really love and they were cheaper at checkout than the price indicated which was a great surprise.
Staff was not around even if you needed assistance and the one person who checked me out was less than enthused that i was there.

The entire store is very tidy, men can take the express elevator, men's fashion is on the 6th and 7th floors, very large selection of top brands, sellers very friendly, it had cooled down outside and I wanted to put on a sweater straight away, which wasn't a problem On the contrary, my shirt was still packed, shoes were heavily discounted, always a joy.

If you are looking for great designers at affordable prices, you will find them here. In contrast to Marshall and co, you don't have to dig through here and hope to find something. Nicely sorted by brand. Good selection, everything is clean and clothes are flawless. I found some bargains here and was happy about them.

Barry Lee’s (the tailor) customer service at the Chicago location is unparalleled. I am normally a high-end luxury suit shopper and was skeptical of buying at an outlet. Barry’s acumen regarding suit construction and materials helped me get a great deal on quality suits. Additionally, Barry’s laser like attention to detail when it came to alterations helped significantly. As a bodybuilder, finding suits that are quality and that fit is difficult. Not only did Barry alter the suit perfectly, but he delivered them to me. You can’t find concierge level service like that anymore. Thanks you, Barry and Saks.
