Scheduling my appointment online was a breeze! The tech came out, fixed the chip, replaced my windshield wipers for a reasonable price and did a great job. I'm 100% satisfied and would recommend Safelite!

After service, I noticed that the damage looks exactly the same as it did before the service. I understand that the repair might not guarantee a complete restoration, but the lack of visible improvement raises concerns about the effectiveness of the service provided. I paid $188.00 for the repair, and it seems like I essentially received a glue fill-in with no noticeable change in the appearance of the damage.When I called and spoke with a representative, they basically just read off the script of that you can find on Safelite’s website. According to them, “if I’m dissatisfied just give them more money for a replacement windshield. And, the good news, I get to apply the $189.00 to the replacement cost.” lol, so give you more money in hopes I will be satisfied with the replacement!

If you’d like to call and see if they have your parts in stock and actually talk to someone, you can’t. Everything is automated on the phone and it won’t give you an option to speak to a person. Horrible customer service.

I got above-and-beyond service when getting a rear passenger window repaired. The work was done well and took much less time that I was expecting. But what stood out to me is that not only did they clean out the broken glass, they got rid of the trash that had been in my car for ages- a chore I just hadn't gotten to. They cleaned the empty cups and to go boxes from the *front*, too! It was so lovely to step into a clean car with a new window. Great service, very impressed!

If I could give them zero stars I would. My insurance company (Geico) hired them to fix a tiny crack in my windshield not more than 1/16 of an inch long. The crack significantly expanded in size during their 'repair' and now I need an entirely new windshield.

I called numerous times and could not talk to an actual person. When I wrote a review, they responded that I have to go on-line to chat. Again, why won't they have a real person actually speak to their customers.

first didn't have the trim I waited 3 weeks for. then refused to touch it because of a small rust area. very rude guy who called me a hack. If a guy shows to change your windshield named Antonio. In the north suburbs run and don't let him touch your car.

Benjamin was my technician to repair my passenger side rear window and he was awesome - ahead of schedule, capable, professional and very easy to communicate with. He quickly helped me with kickstarting the car because of a dead battery, found a great spot on the street to work on the broken window, and completed the job efficiently and successfully. The overall experience was very pleasant and smooth, and took a lot of stress off of my shoulder.

I had a very postivite experience. I had a severely cracked windshield from flying debris. My insurer informed me that Safelite was an approved windshield replacement shop. I contacted the local shop, which provided me very detailed information about the replacement process, including that the price I was quoted would include state of the art recalibration of the sensors in the replacement windshield with my car and replacement wiper blades. The staff was responsive to my requestions. What stood out to me was how well the company communicated with me by text and email -- I received reminders of my appointment time; links to how to prepare for my visit; confirmations when the car was dropped off; reports on the status of the work and a notice when the work was done. In fact, the job was completed early, and I was pleased to see when I picked up the car that my city sticker was placed on the new windshield, as was my tollway transponder Frankly, I did not expect much going in, but I was very pleased with the service from top to bottom.

I went there to pick up my car during my lunch hour...I had wait to wait about one hour...there is no sign of lubch/ break timeIf i knew there is lunch time there I can go earler or later time...I was keep calling the number no one picked up the phone...I waisted about 2 hours...the lady at the front...no apology about the issue they must taken 2 hours lunch...I can't believe there was nobody in waiting area .no one,was at the,work room...I thought everyone quit the job!!!!Put the little sign of break time/lunch time..Or notify to the customer aboutbreak time hours advance!!!!You need to respect other people's time!!!!!!!!!!
