Be very cautious about using this service. I feel like a fool for using it and this is partially my fault. You can get a passport without paying these people $200 extra dollars. I did not realize that, so my passport ended up costing me $400 dollars (its 200 if you do it on your own). They then contacted me a week after they received my packet telling me that I needed to send a new photo because mine was too blurry and needed to pay them more money to get my passport done in time. My picture is NOT blurry. I requested they send back my passport, they refused. So my next request was for them to send my application directly to the department of state. Luckily after two days of arguing they finally sent it in but insisted my picture would be denied by the state department. Of course it was not, and this was just a tactic for them to attempt to get more money out of me.Do not make the same mistake as me and waste your money on using the Fedex rush my passport options. Send it in straight to the department of state.Finally- if you need to get ahold of them- you need to select that you are a new customer. You cannot get ahold of a customer service representative if you select that you have a previous order. They tell you to leave a message and you never hear back. They do not provide you with a way to track the passport and they provide the department of state with a "fake" email so that they receive any shipping updates. I spoke with a representative today from the department of state who warned about using services like rush my passport.

Rushmypassport is a total scam. Expensive one for that matter. They will take your and mislead you and good luck trying to get a refund.

I paid for the expediated passport renewal service, and I received my new passport on time. However, it was very difficult track the status of the entire service and customer service was not great. They rarely answer phone and after calling various times and being promised a call back with a status I never received one. Use RushMyPassport if you're comfortable with not tracking your passport status.

This is the biggest waste of money. Now that passports are taking so long they can't tell you what stage the passport renewal is at. Just like if I would've paid the Post Office. I could've paid $60 rush fee to the Post Office instead of $189 to get the same answer. All they say is to call the 1-800 number at the State Department to ask for status. A BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Never use this service. I am a current customer who has paid all the fees and done all my paperwork for my passport at the acceptance office but I cannot send my passport to be processed because the company failed to send me a shipping label. When calling the number listed for help, they never respond, and when leaving a voicemail they never call back. Just use the USPS service unless you would like to waste your time and money! My order number is GW-3084410C3Update: Although Rushmypassport has replied to my review. I have yet to receive any contact from them regarding my shipping label which should've been issued to me after I downloaded my documents.

Don't use this service unless you're okay with throwing money in the garbage and missing your trip. They take advantage of people's desperation to get a passport in a hurry and make promises they can't keep. They'll take your money and then tell you that your documents got "lost" and that they can't provide you your passport on time. Their solution? For an extra fee of $500, they'll try to send it within the week (yeah right.). Just another cash grabbing, money hungry, scamming, poorly ran business. 0/10 would not recommend.

I followed all the guidelines of the FedEx Rush My Passport standards to expedite my passport renewal in 5 weeks. I got mypicture taken at one the recommended facilities. Initially, I was told that the picture wasn't clear. I paid for a 2nd picture and $19.99 for a two day delivery label. After a week, I spoke with a supervisor, Theresa Miller, who told me that my 2nd picture was lost in a large pile of delivery envelopes. She expressed to me that I would not receive my passport in 5 weeks as promised, even though it was no fault of my own. I had to cancel my trip, and wait for a reimbursement.I would not recommend using this service.

I haven’t not received a call back. I have no help from this company and I’ve been trying for 4 day. I paid almost $300.00 for a passport with no one calling me back. Beyond frustrating! Order #gw-c9e611871

OMG. How is this even allowed and associated with FedEX??? I paid 150 and now i still have to go to the post office, which is what I was trying to avoid. You don't know this until AFTER you pay. I thought it was a FedEX service and they could receive your packet. NO. Now, no one answers the phone, there is no email or chat option. It's a total and complete SCAM. just go to the damn post office.

Needed to renew my passport for an international trip within 14 days. I filled out the forms after setting up a RMP account and took them with the picture from FedEx to a fedex office and sent out on Friday and received my new passport the following Friday. The update emails from RMP were very helpful. It was a great experience. If I’m being picky the only two negatives were each time I called RMP to ask a question about the forms I was on hold for 20 minutes. But once they answered they helped me thoroughly. I paid the $800+ option for the one week delivery which is expensive but that’s what I needed and gladly did it. Very thankful this was an option and for their help.

Do not use! This business is a scam.I used them to try to get my passport expedited for work travel coming up this year. After I already paid them the fee I have to pay another government fee on top of this? You pay double for no extra benefit. I called their 800 number to get clarification on the fees and the timeline and was greeted with an automated line. There is no way to get any answers or resolution. Do not use them at all.

Do not use, this is a scam. Use the post office.I needed to get my passport expedited for work travel coming up this year. I filled out all the forms and paid the expedited service fee to find out that does not include the government fee. I later find out that this is not a trusted source used by the state department and that is why passports get delayed. They add no benefit besides a place to burn money. I tried calling the customer service line to speak to someone but that was not an option, instead it is just loops of automated messages that provide no use.

Don't waste your time, money or energy with this company. I sent everything to them weeks ago and paid for an expedited fee (more than the cost of the passport renewal), they then sent me a message saying my name was wrong on the application vs the passport. I had taken a photo of both before I sent it in, the names were accurate. I left maybe 5+ voicemails trying to figure out what is happening, no response. I then reached out using their chat box, they said they'd get back to me soon. No response or call back at all. I finally get through to someone weeks later and they say the place of birth doesn't match. Now they require me to send in a new application. At this point it is 4 weeks until my trip, I paid for a 5 week expedite service (weeks ago) and the guy on the phone said I could upgrade services to get in on time. So I'm just going to the US consulate instead since they cannot guarantee that it'll arrive on time after paying them hundreds of dollars. The only reason people use this service is for the ease and the expediting. Neither of which was my experience. They have made everything that much more stressful, they do not answer their phones and do not even check their voicemails. Do NOT bother. What a joke.

I sent my stuff in, came back as not enough money. So now I can’t get a hold of anyone to have the problem fixed. They still have my stuff. Terrible service and getting ready to report them to BBB.
