Ruby's Hand Car Wash is excellent. Clean car inside and outside. Leave a good tip for the help as they do a great job.

This place came recommended by a friend. I got the second most expensive option and I’m not happy. The outside has dirt on it still, the cup holders on the drivers side door have crumbs and the regular cup holders still have a raisin. The seats had white residue on them and weren’t touched. I could have gotten the same quality was at an automated gas station. Pretty disappointed for the price but I wanted to like it!

I’ve been coming here for a while now and the work used to be good but in the last couple of months the quality of work has declined so much. They’ve told me my car was ready when it still had bird poop on the top of it and this is paying $27 for the “best” option. Yesterday we came here and same thing, car was still dirty upon them finishing then when we pointed out some of the spots the workers were like “which ones” when you could clearly see all the spots they missed. This was my preferred neighborhood option but sadly I will have to find another place.

The first and last time I’m coming here these guys suck at cleaning cars no lie first of all they don’t even have perfumes to put on the inside of the cars at the end like they must be real cheap to buy perfumes for customers doesn’t make any sense because any other car wash they have perfumes for cars to put … and second of all I was disappointed with the armor all that they used inside of my car I don’t even think they use the real brand armor all because when my car was done I checked and it didn’t even look like they used armor all in my car it was not shiny at all and I told the owner about it and he was saying supposedly it dried up fast and they wiped down the armor which didn’t make no sense I just left and they didn’t even clean my glass mirrors from my side windows horrible job and I paid them 32 bucks it’s not even worth it I do not recommend anyone come to this car wash they suck at doing there job

I recently visited Ruby car wash and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car looked spotless after the wash. I especially liked the attention to detail they showed in cleaning my vehicle.

It seems once again they have new owners. I have gone for the last 10 years and it has just gotten worse. Today I went and they told me it was ready. When I walked over the car was not even dried, the my did not vacuum or wipe down the inside. I complained and they made a gesture to me. Very disappointed and won’t be back.
